Rich Trott ca82f72b31 test: refactor test-stream-pipe-after-end
* replace `process.on('exit', ...)` checks with `common.mustCall()`
* assert.equal() -> assert.strictEqual()
* provide duration of 1ms to timer without a duration
* remove unused function argument
