Rich Trott 7346e55750 test: refactor http pipelined socket test
In test-http-incoming-pipelined-socket-destory:

* setTimeout() with no duration -> setImmediate()
* eliminate unneeded exit listener
* use common.mustCall()
* var -> const/let
