Many tests use require() to import modules that subsequently never gets
used. This removes those imports and, in a few cases, removes other
unused variables from tests.

common.js needs to be loaded in all tests so that there is checking
for variable leaks and possibly other things. However, it does not
need to be assigned to a variable if nothing in common.js is referred
to elsewhere in the test.

This test assures that if flush is called while the zlib object needs
to be drained that it will defer the callback until after the drain.
