The use-case is for any framework that provides user mw a response
replacement, that collects the desired response state, and applies them
only on conclusion. As such a framework, I'd want to validate the
header names and values as soon as the user-code provides them.
This - to eliminate errors on response-send time, and provide developer
stack trace that contains the line that submits the offending values.

Make virtual methods throw an ERR_METHOD_NOT_IMPLEMENTED error instead
of emitting it.
The error is not recoverable and the only way to handle it is to
override the method.

Static functions are prefixed by the constructor's name and prototype
methods are prefixed by the constructor's name followed by "Prototype".
For example: primordials.Object.keys becomes primordials.ObjectKeys.

This is work towards resolving the response.finished confusion and
future deprecation.
Note that implementation-wise, streams have both an ending and ended
state. However, in this case (in order to avoid confusion in user space)
writableEnded is equal to writable.ending. The ending vs ended situation
is internal state required for internal stream logic.

This changes the primordials to expose built-in prototypes with their
methods already uncurried.
The uncurryThis function is therefore moved to the primordials.
All uses of uncurryThis on built-ins are changed to import the relevant
prototypes from primordials.
All uses of Function.call.bind are also changed to use primordials.

When using `Errors.captureStackFrames` the error's stack property
is set again. This adds a helper function that wraps this functionality
in a simple API that does not only set the stack including the `code`
property but it also improves the performance to create the error.
The helper works for thrown errors and errors returned from wrapped
functions in case they are Node.js core errors.

In case of an error where we only care about a cleaned up stack
trace it is cheaper to reset the stack trace limit for the error
that is created. That way the stack frames do not have to be
computed twice.

This switches all `util.inherits()` calls to use
`Object.setPrototypeOf()` instead. In fact, `util.inherits()` is
mainly a small wrapper around exactly this function while adding
