cjihrig	2c33819370	test: fix tests that check error messages ... 20285ad177 changed the format of error messages throughout lib. However, the tests were not updated to reflect these changes. This commit makes those changes. Evan Lucas	b6207906c4	fs: pass err to callback if buffer is too big ... In fs.readFile, if an encoding is specified and toString fails, do not throw an error. Instead, pass the error to the callback.
