Store all primordials as properties of the primordials object.
Static functions are prefixed by the constructor's name and prototype
methods are prefixed by the constructor's name followed by "Prototype".
For example: primordials.Object.keys becomes primordials.ObjectKeys.

This is work towards resolving the response.finished confusion and
future deprecation.
Note that implementation-wise, streams have both an ending and ended
state. However, in this case (in order to avoid confusion in user space)
writableEnded is equal to writable.ending. The ending vs ended situation
is internal state required for internal stream logic.

When using `Errors.captureStackFrames` the error's stack property
is set again. This adds a helper function that wraps this functionality
in a simple API that does not only set the stack including the `code`
property but it also improves the performance to create the error.
The helper works for thrown errors and errors returned from wrapped
functions in case they are Node.js core errors.

When using the compatibility API the connection header is from now on
ignored instead of throwing an `ERR_HTTP2_INVALID_CONNECTION_HEADERS`
error.
This logs a warning in such case to notify the user about the ignored
header.

This adds the `capitalized-comments` eslint rule to verify that
actual sentences use capital letters as starting letters. It ignores

"That particular `emit('error', ...)` is largely defensively coded and
should not ever actually happen." Sounds like an assertion rather than
an error event. The code in question has no test coverage because it is
believed to be unreachable.

When `writeHeader` of `Http2ServerResponse` instance are called with
204, 205 and 304 status codes an underlying stream closes.
If call `end` method after sending any of these status codes it will
cause an error `TypeError: Cannot read property 'Symbol(trailers)' of
undefined` because a reference to `Http2ServerResponse` instance
associated with Http2Stream already was deleted.
The closing of stream causes emitting `waitTrailers` event and, when
this event handles inside `onStreamTrailerReady` handler, there is
no reference to Http2ServerResponse instance.

Adjust http2 behaviour to allow ending a stream even after some
data comes in (when the user has no intention of reading that
data). Also correctly end a stream when trailers are present.

This is a breaking change in the API such that the prior
`options.getTrailers` is no longer supported at all.
Ordinarily this would be semver-major and require a
deprecation but the http2 stuff is still experimental.

It will also change the returned type to always be a simple typeof

Expand argument validation through compat API, adjust behaviour
of response.end to not throw if stream already closed to match
