Make changes so that tests will pass when the comma-dangle settings
applied to the rest of the code base are also applied to tests.

Add
- Event
- EventTarget
- MessagePort
- MessageChannel
- MessageEvent
to the set of global objects, since they are available now and behave
like they do in the browser.
