640fe94354 src,test: support dynamically linking OpenSSL 3.0
This commit enables node to dynamically link against OpenSSL 3.0.

The motivation for opening this PR even though OpenSSL 3.0 has not been
released yet is to allow a nightly CI job to be created. This will
allow us stay on top of changes required for OpenSSL 3.0, and also to
make sure that changes to node crypto do not cause issues when linking
to OpenSSL 3.0.

errors: improve ERR_INVALID_ARG_TYPE
ERR_INVALID_ARG_TYPE is the most common error used throughout the
code base. This improves the error message by providing more details
to the user and by indicating more precisely which values are allowed
ones and which ones are not.

It adds the actual input to the error message in case it's a primitive.
If it's a class instance, it'll print the class name instead of
"object" and "falsy" or similar entries are not named "type" anymore.

crypto: forbid setting the PBKDF2 iter count to 0
RFC 2898 does not permit an iteration count of zero, and OpenSSL 1.1.1
will treat it as one iteration internally.

Future OpenSSL versions will reject such inputs (already on master
branch), but until that happens, Node.js should manually reject them.

buffer, errors: improve bigint, big numbers and more
This improves the error message from `ERR_OUT_OF_RANGE` by closer
inspecting the value and logging numbers above 2 ** 32 by adding
commas to the output for integer and bigint. BigInt is now also
marked if used.

Buffer errors also format the range as 2 ** n instead of showing a
huge number.

crypto: deprecate digest == null in PBKDF2
I assume that permitting digest === null was unintentional when
digest === undefined was deprecated since their behavior was
equivalent. The sha1 default for digest === null has somehow made it
through refactoring of the PBKDF2 module multiple times, even though
digest === undefined has been EOL for some time now.

This change deprecates setting digest to null so we can fix the
behavior in Node.js 12 or so.

crypto: fix incorrect use of INT_MAX in validation
The native crypto module doesn't export INT_MAX, so all occurrences
in the JavaScript layer evaluated to undefined. This change removes
all such occurrences and replaces validateInt32 with validateUint32
since the native layer assumes uint32_t anyway.

The alternative would be to use the constant from the constants
module, but that would be pointless as far as I can tell.

9f74184e98 crypto: upgrade pbkdf2 without digest to an error
Commit a1163582 added a deprecation warning when pbkdf2 was called without an
explicit `digest` argument. This was because the default digest is `sha1`,
which is not-recommended from a security point of view. This upgrades it
to a runtime error when `digest` is undefined per the plan discussed in
the original issue.

only exception for tests is that unreachable (dead) code is allowed.

test-fs-non-number-arguments-throw had to be excluded from the changes
because of a weird issue on Windows CI.

becb4e980e test: distribute crypto tests into separate files
This commit distributes many of the various tests that were previously
strewn about `test-crypto.js` into their own files, such as for Ciphers
and Deciphers, Hashing, and HMACs. Copy pasta, and no style changes
besides removing a few now-unnecessary closures.

Helps eliminate file bloat and allows for easier test prognosis.
