Add a property named bytesRead that exposes how many bytes that have
currently been read from the file. This brings consistency with
WriteStream that has bytesWritten and net.Socket which have both
bytesRead and bytesWritten.

Enable `space-unary-ops` in `.eslintrc`. This prohibits things like:
i ++ // use `i++` instead
typeof(foo) // use `typeof foo` or `typeof (foo)` instead

Not using test_ca.pem in these files anymore.
Using elipses.txt which has multibyte chars.
Not clear what constitutes "large" but that
can be a different ticket if elipses.txt etc.
are insufficiently large.

Enable linting for the test directory. A number of changes was made so
all tests conform the current rules used by lib and src directories. The
only exception for tests is that unreachable (dead) code is allowed.
test-fs-non-number-arguments-throw had to be excluded from the changes
because of a weird issue on Windows CI.

The copyright and license notice is already in the LICENSE file. There
is no justifiable reason to also require that it be included in every
file, since the individual files are not individually distributed except
as part of the entire package.
