We already importing the validator for integer check. So leveraging the
boolean check validator to remove already defined logic in the code and
thus making it DRY.

For keep-alive connections, the headersTimeout may fire during
subsequent request because the measurement was reset after
a request and not before a request.

This is useful for situations in which the socket was not
created for HTTP, e.g. when using arbitrary `Duplex` streams.
(The added test fails because previously, `socket.server.emit()`
would not work for emitting the `clientError` event, as
`socket.server` was `undefined`.)

Store all primordials as properties of the primordials object.
Static functions are prefixed by the constructor's name and prototype
methods are prefixed by the constructor's name followed by "Prototype".
For example: primordials.Object.keys becomes primordials.ObjectKeys.

Timing out and closing the socket after two minutes have elapsed is
surprising and problematic for users. This behavior was specific to
Node.js, and doesn't seem to be common in other language runtimes.

Make FreeList faster by using Reflect.apply and not using
is_reused_symbol, but rather just checking whether any
