doc: harmonize fenced code snippet flags
We had a few code snippets that were using a non-descriptive tag (e.g.
`console` or `text`), whereas the actual language it's using describes
it better, and improves the syntax highlighting. This commit also
removes non-necessary leading chars (e.g. `$`, `>`, or `%`) to make it
easier for readers to copy and paste to try the command themselves.

doc: add node: prefix for all core modules
Some core modules can be loaded with or without the `node:` prefix.
Using the prefix disambiguates which specifiers refer to core modules.

This commit updates the docs to use the prefix everywhere a core module

6fdd5827f0 doc: anchor link parity between markdown and html-generated docs
Main changes:

- Replace current HTML anchor generation to match
  header anchor generation in Github markdown.
- Remove unnecessary double namespacing on generated anchors/links (E.G.
  `esm.md#loaders` instead of `esm.md#esm_loaders`).
- Anchors/links are automatically prefixed with their respective modules
  when concatenated for usage in `all.html`.

Benefits:

- All anchor links within and between markdown API docs actually work.
- Adding new anchor links no longer requires contributors to generate
  the HTML docs first to look up the correct anchors.
- Anchors are much shorter.
- All previous anchor links are preserved by generating hidden legacy
  anchors.

eec4a5b671 repl: standardize Control key indications
Throughout our messages and docs, we refer to the Control key in a
surprisingly varied number of ways:

* Control
* Ctrl
* Cntl
* varied capitalization on the above (e.g., ctrl vs. Ctrl)

Then, in key combinations:

* One of the items from the previous list followed by `-`
* ... or followed by `+`
* ... surrounded or not by `<` and `>`
* ... and inside backticks or not
* ... or just `^`

This is the start of standardization on the formulation recommended by
the Microsoft Style Guide (e.g., **Ctrl+C**).

The only instance of curl man page linking is in repl.md and it is
explicit. The magic autolinking in html.js creates a superfluous empty

<a href="https://curl.haxx.se/docs/manpage.html"><code>curl(1)</code></a>

After, just one link:

b5f2448bc9 doc: reword possessive form of Node.js in repl.md
Throughout the docs, we sometimes write the possessive of _Node.js_ as
_Node.js'_ and other times as _Node.js's_. The former conforms with some
generally accepted style guides (e.g., Associated Press Stylebook) while
the latter complies with others (e.g., Chicago Manual of Style).

Since there is no clear authoritative answer as to which form is
correct, and since (at least to me) both are visually jarring and
sometimes cause a pause to understand, I'd like to reword things to
eliminate the possessive form where possible.

This is one of those examples.

The documentation currently states that it's not intended to directly
instantiate REPL instances. It is unknown for what reason that's
recommended as it does seem a proper way to handle new REPL instances.

repl: implement reverse search
Add a reverse search that works similar to the ZSH one. It is
triggered with <ctrl> + r and <ctrl> + s. It skips duplicated history
entries and works with multiline statements. Matching entries indicate
the search parameter with an underscore and cancelling with <ctrl> + c
or escape brings back the original line.
Multiple matches in a single history entry work as well and are
matched in the order of the current search direction. The cursor is
positioned at the current match position of the history entry.
Changing the direction immediately checks for the next entry in the
expected direction from the current position on.
Entries are accepted as soon any button is pressed that doesn't
correspond with the reverse search.
The behavior is deactivated for simple terminals. They do not support
most ANSI escape codes that are necessary for this feature.

repl: add completion preview
This improves the already existing preview functionality by also
checking for the input completion. In case there's only a single
completion, it will automatically be visible to the user in grey.
If colors are deactivated, it will be visible as comment.

This also changes some keys by automatically accepting the preview
by moving the cursor behind the current input end.

repl: support previews by eager evaluating input
This adds input previews by using the inspectors eager evaluation
functionality.
It is implemented as additional line that is not counted towards
the actual input. In case no colors are supported, it will be visible
as comment. Otherwise it's grey.
It will be triggered on any line change. It is heavily tested against
edge cases and adheres to "dumb" terminals (previews are deactived
in that case).

to reduce the number of variations we use to display the same types of
information, remove the various uses of dashes from the documentation.

repl: handle uncaughtException properly
When running the REPL as standalone program it's now possible to use
`process.on('uncaughtException', listener)`. It is going to use those
listeners from now on and the regular error output is suppressed.

It also fixes the issue that REPL instances started inside of an
application would silence all application errors. It is now prohibited
to add the exception listener in such REPL instances. Trying to add
such listeners throws an `ERR_INVALID_REPL_INPUT` error.
