Instead of exposing internals of async_hooks & async_wrap throughout
the code base, create necessary helper methods within the internal
async_hooks that allows easy usage by Node.js internals. This stops
every single internal user of async_hooks from importing a ton of
functions, constants and internal Aliased Buffers from C++ async_wrap.
Adds functions initHooksExist, afterHooksExist, and destroyHooksExist
to determine whether the related emit methods need to be triggered.
Adds clearDefaultTriggerAsyncId and clearAsyncIdStack on the JS side
as an alternative to always calling C++.
Moves async_id_symbol and trigger_async_id_symbol to internal
async_hooks as they are never used in C++.
Renames newUid to newAsyncId for added clarity of its purpose.
Adjusts usage throughout the codebase, as well as in a couple of tests.

Encapsulate stream requests more:
- `WriteWrap` and `ShutdownWrap` classes are now tailored to the
streams on which they are used. In particular, for most streams
these are now plain `AsyncWrap`s and do not carry the overhead
of unused libuv request data.
- Provide generic `Write()` and `Shutdown()` methods that wrap
around the actual implementations, and make *usage* of streams
easier, rather than implementing; for example, wrap objects
don’t need to be provided by callers anymore.
- Use `EmitAfterWrite()` and `EmitAfterShutdown()` handlers to
call the corresponding JS handlers, rather than always trying
to call them. This makes usage of streams by other C++ code
easier and leaner.
Also fix up some tests that were previously not actually testing
asynchronicity when the comments indicated that they would.

1. The difference is only measurable at around 10M iterations, and

When a writev is caused on a socket (sometimes through corking and
uncorking), previously net would call Buffer.byteLength on the array of
buffers and chunks. This throws a TypeError, because Buffer.byteLength
throws when passed a non-string.
In dbfe8c4e, behavior changed to throw when passed a non-string. This is
correct behavior. Previously, it would cast the argument to a string, so
before this commit, bytesWritten would give an erroneous value. This
commit corrects the behavior equally both before and after dbfe8c4e.
This commit fixes this bug by iterating over each chunk in the pending
stack and calculating the length individually. Also adds a regression
test. This additionally changes an `instanceof Buffer` check to `typeof

The reasoning for this is simple, `TLSSocket` instances wrap

error listener has been added.
An example of this was presented by changing the server’s IP address
and then immediately making a request to the old address.

Modifies the setTimeout methods for the following prototypes:
- http.ClientRequest
- http.IncomingMessage
- http.OutgoingMessage
- http.Server
- https.Server
- net.Socket
- tls.TLSSocket
Previously, the above functions returned undefined. They now return
`this`. This is useful for chaining function calls.

`StreamBase::AfterWrite` is passing handle as an argument to the
`afterWrite` function in net.js. Thus GC should not collect the handle
and the request separately and assume that they are tied together.
With this commit - request will always outlive the StreamBase instance,
helping us survive the GC pass.
Same applies to the ShutdownWrap instances, they should never be
collected after the StreamBase instance.
