The introductory paragraphs for the `dns` module do not explain what the
module is for. Add a short (two brief sentences) explanation.
It also emphasizes that functions in the dns module are
divided into two categories, but that there is only one function in one
of the categories, making the whole categories thing a bit odd to
emphasize. Keep the material about the distinctions without discussing
categories.
There are other incidental revisions (changing an example IP to
`example.org` and so on).

This will allow us to lint for use of `hostname` in prose without
flagging `hostname` in code within headers. This also allows us to
remove backslash escaping for `[` and `]` inside of header code, which
makes the bare markdown more readable.

Unsurprisingly, we have "host name" and "hostname" used in our
documentation. Let's follow the usage of Unix man pages, RFCs, and most
professionally-edited sources, and use "host name" in prose and
"hostname" to refer to the command and in code.
It is possible to add a lint rule for this, but it will need to wait
until we modify how code is displayed in headers. Coming soon (I hope).

In lib/dns.js, use `isIP()` instead of `isIPv4()` for determining the
`family` property in `lookup()`. If an invalid IP address is returned,
the `family` currently provided is `6`. With this change, it will be
`0`. Update documentation to reflect this.

When true, results from the DNS resolver are passed on as-is, without
the reshuffling that Node.js otherwise does that puts IPv4 addresses
before IPv6 addresses.

`dns.resolveAny` and `dns.resolve` with `"ANY"` has the similar behavior
like `$ dig <domain> any` and returns an array with several types of
records.
`dns.resolveAny` parses the result packet by several rules in turn.

The `hints` value will be a number. To specify more than one hints,
their corresponding bits have to be set. So bitwise OR should be used
instead of logical OR.

The dns.resolve documentation stated that an array of IP
addresses would be returned in the callback. This is true
for everything other than the SOA record which returns an object.
This fixes that documentation.

Got the information from git history and I ignored previous version of
dns attached to `node.dns` (pre v0.1.16).
There is a case where `dns.resolveNaptr` were intented to be in v0.7.12 and
it was reverted and addec back on `v0.9.12`, I left the latest version
when module was introduced. Same for `dns.resolvePtr` who was referenced
before but it was only added on `v6.0.0`
