This makes sure we do not use `assert.doesNotReject()` anywhere in
our code base. This is just a simple wrapper that catches the
rejection and then rejects it again in case of an error. Thus, it is
not useful to do that.
The error message for `assert.doesNotThrow()` is also improved.

According to the test coverage report a test case was missings checking
if an error is passed into the callback for readdir calls with
withFileTypes option.

readdir and readdirSync now have a "withFileTypes" option, which, when
enabled, provides an array of DirectoryEntry objects, similar to Stats
objects, which have the filename and the type information.
