Improve performance by providing JS with the raw ingridients
for the read data, i.e. an `ArrayBuffer` + offset + length
fields, instead of creating `Buffer` instances in C++ land.

Fix assert.strictEquals argument order.
Arguments were actual first, expected second, contrary to
the documentation. Now, actual value is first and expected
value is second.

This helps to prevent issues where a failed test can keep a bound
socket open long enough to cause other tests to fail with EADDRINUSE
because the same port number is used.

is written in a temp directory instead of the `fixtures` directory.
