When `napi_create_string_*` receives a null pointer as its second
argument, it must null-check it before passing it into V8, otherwise a
crash will occur.

Partition test/addons-napi into test/js-native-api and test/node-api to
isolate the Node.js-agnostic portion of the N-API tests from the
Node.js-specific portion.
