Commit 1585ab9f1b ("hw/sd/sdcard: Fill SPI response bits in card
code") exposed a bug in the SPI adapter: if no SD card is plugged,
we are returning "there is a card with an error". This is wrong,
we shouldn't return any particular packet response, but the noise
shifted on the MISO line. Return the dummy byte, otherwise we get:
qemu-system-riscv64: ../hw/sd/ssi-sd.c:160: ssi_sd_transfer: Assertion `s->arglen > 0' failed.

The card should be in STANDBY mode to process SEND_CSD or SEND_CID,
but is still in IDLE mode.
Unfortunately I don't have enough time to keep debugging this issue,
so disable the check for the time being and the next release, as it
blocks Linux. I'll keep looking.

ssi-sd.c contains the SPI link layer adaptation,
while sd.c contains all the SD card internal details.
We already handle the response values in sd.c, but
missed the SPI case. Complete them (fill R1, prepend
R1 in R3/R7 and always return something in SPI mode).
Remove all the duplication in ssi-sd.c.

We provide to sdbus_do_command() a pointer to a buffer to be
filled with a varying number of bytes. By not providing the
buffer size, the callee can not check the buffer is big enough.
Pass the buffer size as argument to follow good practices.
sdbus_do_command() doesn't return any error, only the size filled
in the buffer. Convert the returned type to unsigned and remove
the few unreachable lines in callers.
This allow to check for possible overflow in sd_do_command().

The interrupt enable registers are not reset to 0 on Freescale eSDHC
but some bits are enabled on reset. At least some U-Boot versions seem
to expect this and not initialise these registers before expecting
interrupts. Use existing vendor property for Freescale eSDHC and set
the reset value of the interrupt registers to match Freescale
documentation.

These devices are only used by the ARM targets, which are
only built as little-endian. Therefore the DEVICE_NATIVE_ENDIAN
definition expand to DEVICE_LITTLE_ENDIAN (besides, the
DEVICE_BIG_ENDIAN case isn't tested). Simplify directly using
DEVICE_LITTLE_ENDIAN.

The sdcard_legacy.h header defines function prototypes for the "legacy"
SD card API, which was used by non-qdevified SD controller models.
We've now converted the only remaining non-qdev SD controller, so
we can drop the legacy API.
Entirely unused functions:
sd_init(), sd_set_cb(), sd_enable()
Functions which now become static inside sd.c (they are the
underlying implementations of methods on SDCardClass):
sd_do_command(), sd_write_byte(), sd_read_byte()
Removal of sd_init() means that we can also remove the
me_no_qdev_me_kill_mammoth_with_rocks flag, the codepaths that were
only reachable when it was set, and the inserted_cb and readonly_cb
qemu_irq lines that went with that.

The SDCardClass has an 'enable' method, but nothing actually invokes it.
The underlying implementation is sd_enable(), which is documented
in sdcard_legacy.h as something that should not be used and was only
present for the benefit of the now-removed nseries boards. Unlike
all the other method pointers in SDCardClass, this one doesn't have
an sdbus_foo() function wrapper in hw/sd/core.c.
Remove the unused method.

The approach we've settled on for handling the omap_clk wiring for
OMAP devices converted to QDev is to have a function omap_foo_set_clk()
whose implementation just sets the field directly in the device's
state struct. (See the "TODO" comment near the top of omap.h.)
Make omap_mmc do the same.

Convert the OMAP MMC controller to the new SDBus API:
* the controller creates an SDBus bus
* instead of sd_foo functions on the SDState object, call
sdbus_foo functions on the SDBus
* the board code creates a proper TYPE_SD_CARD object and attaches
it to the controller's SDBus, instead of the controller creating
a card directly via sd_init() that never gets attached to any bus
* because the SD card object is on a bus, it gets reset automatically
by the "traverse the qbus tree resetting things" code, and we don't
need to manually reset the card from the controller reset function

Do a minimal conversion of the omap_mmc device model to QDev.
In this commit we do the bare minimum to produce a working device:
* add the SysBusDevice parent_obj and the usual type boilerplate
* omap_mmc_init() now returns a DeviceState*
* reset is handled by sysbus reset, so the SoC reset function
doesn't need to call omap_mmc_reset() any more
* code that should obviously be in init/realize is moved there
from omap_mmc_init()
We leave various pieces of cleanup to later commits:
* rationalizing 'struct omap_mmc_s *' to 'OMAPMMCState *'
* using gpio lines rather than having omap_mmc_init() directly
set s->irq, s->dma
* switching away from the legacy SD API and instead having
the SD card plugged into a bus

The Write Protect pin of SDHCI model is default active low to match the SDHCI
spec. So, write enable the bit 19 should be 1 and write protected the bit 19
should be 0 at the Present State Register (0x24). However, some boards are
design Write Protected pin active high. In other words, write enable the bit 19
should be 0 and write protected the bit 19 should be 1 at the
Present State Register (0x24). To support it, introduces a new "wp-inverted"
property and set it false by default.

In U-Boot, the fsl_esdhc[_imx] driver waits for both "transmit completed" and
"DMA" bits in esdhc_send_cmd_common() by means of DATA_COMPLETE constant. QEMU
currently misses to set the DMA bit which causes the driver to loop forever. Fix
that by setting the DMA bit if enabled when doing DMA block transfers.

Now that all of the Property arrays are counted, we can remove
the terminator object from each array. Update the assertions
in device_class_set_props to match.
With struct Property being 88 bytes, this was a rather large
form of terminator. Saves 30k from qemu-system-aarch64.

Currently, it set the hardcode value of capability registers to all ASPEED SOCs
However, the value of capability registers should be different for all ASPEED
SOCs. For example: the bit 28 of the Capability Register 1 should be 1 for
64-bits System Bus support for AST2700.
Introduce a new "capareg" class member whose data type is uint_64 to set the
different Capability Registers to all ASPEED SOCs.
The value of Capability Register is "0x0000000001e80080" for AST2400 and
AST2500. The value of Capability Register is "0x0000000701f80080" for AST2600.

The sd_bootpart_offset() function calculates the *runtime* offset which
changes as the guest switches between accessing the main user data area
and the boot partitions by writing to the EXT_CSD_PART_CONFIG_ACC_MASK
bits, so it shouldn't be used to calculate the main user data area size.
Instead, subtract the boot_part_size directly (twice, as there are two
identical boot partitions defined by the eMMC spec).

In commit 1ab08790bb we did some refactoring of the SD card
implementation, which included a rearrangement of the sd_cmd_type_t
enum values. Unfortunately we didn't notice that this enum is not
used solely inside the SD card model itself, but is also used by the
OMAP MMC controller device. In the OMAP MMC controller, it is used
to implement the handling of the Type field of the MMC_CMD register,
so changing the enum values so that they no longer lined up with the
bit definitions for that register field broke the controller model.
The effect is that Linux fails to boot from an SD card on the "sx1"
machine.
Give omap-mmc its own enum which we can document as needing to match
the encoding used in this device's register, so it isn't sharing
sd_cmd_type_t with the SD card model any more. We can then move
sd_cmd_type_t's definition out of sd.h and into sd.c, which is the
only place that uses it.

The enable bits in the EXT_CSD_PART_CONFIG ext_csd register do *not*
specify whether the boot partitions exist, but whether they are enabled
for booting. Existence of the boot partitions is specified by a
EXT_CSD_BOOT_MULT != 0.
Currently, in the case of boot-partition-size=1M and boot-config=0,
Linux detects boot partitions of 1M. But as sd_bootpart_offset always
returns 0, all reads/writes are mapped to the same offset in the backing
file.
Fix this bug by calculating the offset independent of which partition is
enabled for booting.
This bug is unlikely to affect many users with QEMU's current set of
boards, because only aspeed sets boot-partition-size, and it also
sets boot-config to 8. So to run into this a user would have to
manually mark the boot partition non-booting from within the guest.

We neglected to clear the @data_count index on ADMA error,
allowing to trigger assertion in sdhci_read_dataport() or
sdhci_write_dataport().
