test: Switch to the new PRNG instead of old LCG
Wallclock time for running pixman "make check" (compile time not included):

test: Search/replace 'lcg_*' -> 'prng_*'
The 'lcg' prefix is going to be misleading if we replace
PRNG algorithm.
