4e8ef34e36 usb: dwc3: fix gadget mode suspend interrupt handler issue
When work in gadget mode, currently driver doesn't update software level
link_state correctly as link state change event is not enabled for most
devices, in function dwc3_gadget_suspend_interrupt(), it will only pass
suspend event to UDC core when software level link state changes, so when
interrupt generated in sequences of suspend -> reset -> conndone ->
suspend, link state is not updated during reset and conndone, so second
suspend interrupt event will not pass to UDC core.

Remove link_state compare in dwc3_gadget_suspend_interrupt() and add a
suspended flag to replace the compare function.

c8540870af usb: dwc3: gadget: Improve dwc3_gadget_suspend() and dwc3_gadget_resume()
Prevent -ETIMEDOUT error on .suspend().
e.g. If gadget driver is loaded and we are connected to a USB host,
all transfers must be stopped before stopping the controller else
we will not get a clean stop i.e. dwc3_gadget_run_stop() will take
several seconds to complete and will return -ETIMEDOUT.

Handle error cases properly in dwc3_gadget_suspend().
Simplify dwc3_gadget_resume() by using the introduced helper function.

02435a739b usb: dwc3: gadget: Stall and restart EP0 if host is unresponsive
It was observed that there are hosts that may complete pending SETUP
transactions before the stop active transfers and controller halt occurs,
leading to lingering endxfer commands on DEPs on subsequent pullup/gadget
start iterations.

  dwc3_gadget_ep_disable   name=ep8in flags=0x3009  direction=1
  dwc3_gadget_ep_disable   name=ep4in flags=1  direction=1
  dwc3_gadget_ep_disable   name=ep3out flags=1  direction=0
  usb_gadget_disconnect   deactivated=0  connected=0  ret=0

The sequence shows that the USB gadget disconnect (dwc3_gadget_pullup(0))
routine completed successfully, allowing for the USB gadget to proceed with
a USB gadget connect. However, if this occurs the system runs into an
issue where:

  BUG: spinlock already unlocked on CPU
  spin_bug+0x0
  dwc3_remove_requests+0x278
  dwc3_ep0_out_start+0xb0
  __dwc3_gadget_start+0x25c

This is due to the pending endxfers, leading to gadget start (w/o lock
held) to execute the remove requests, which will unlock the dwc3
spinlock as part of giveback.

To mitigate this, resolve the pending endxfers on the pullup disable
path by re-locating the SETUP phase check after stop active transfers, since
that is where the DWC3_EP_DELAY_STOP is potentially set. This also allows
for handling of a host that may be unresponsive by using the completion
timeout to trigger the stall and restart for EP0.

4decf4060e usb: dwc3: gadget: Change condition for processing suspend event
Currently we process the suspend interrupt event only if the
device is in configured state. Consider a case where device
is not configured and got suspend interrupt, in that case our

But battery charging specification (BC1.2) expects a downstream
device to draw less than 2.5mA when unconnected OR suspended.

Fix this by removing the condition for processing suspend event,

d8a2bb4eb7 usb: dwc3: gadget: Add 1ms delay after end transfer command without IOC
Previously, there was a 100uS delay inserted after issuing an end transfer
command for specific controller revisions. This was due to the fact that
there was a GUCTL2 bit field which enabled synchronous completion of the
end transfer command once the CMDACT bit was cleared in the DEPCMD
register. Since this bit does not exist for all controller revisions and
the current implementation heavily relies on utizling the EndTransfer
command completion interrupt, add the delay back in for uses where the
interrupt on completion bit is not set, and increase the duration to 1ms
for the controller to complete the command.

An issue was seen where the USB request buffer was unmapped while the DWC3
controller was still accessing the TRB. However, it was confirmed that the
end transfer command was successfully submitted. (no end transfer timeout)
In situations, such as dwc3_gadget_soft_disconnect() and
__dwc3_gadget_ep_disable(), the dwc3_remove_request() is utilized, which
will issue the end transfer command, and follow up with
dwc3_gadget_giveback(). At least for the USB ep disable path, it is
required for any pending and started requests to be completed and returned
to the function driver in the same context of the disable call. Without
the GUCTL2 bit, it is not ensured that the end transfer is completed before
the buffers are unmapped.

c4e3ef5685 usb: dwc3: gadget: Ignore End Transfer delay on teardown
If we delay sending End Transfer for Setup TRB to be prepared, we need
to check if the End Transfer was in preparation for a driver
teardown/soft-disconnect. In those cases, just send the End Transfer
command without delay.

In the case of soft-disconnect, there's a very small chance the command
may not go through immediately. But should it happen, the Setup TRB will
be prepared during the polling of the controller halted state, allowing
the command to go through then.

In the case of disabling endpoint due to reconfiguration (e.g.
set_interface(alt-setting) or usb reset), then it's driven by the host.
Typically the host wouldn't immediately cancel the control request and
send another control transfer to trigger the End Transfer command
timeout.

3aa07f7289 usb: dwc3: gadget: Disable GUSB2PHYCFG.SUSPHY for End Transfer
If there's a disconnection while operating in eSS, there may be a delay
in VBUS drop response from the connector. In that case, the internal
link state may drop to operate in usb2 speed while the controller thinks
the VBUS is still high. The driver must make sure to disable
GUSB2PHYCFG.SUSPHY when sending endpoint command while in usb2 speed.
The End Transfer command may be called, and only that command needs to
go through at this point. Let's keep it simple and unconditionally
disable GUSB2PHYCFG.SUSPHY whenever we issue the command.

This scenario is not seen in real hardware. In a rare case, our
prototype type-c controller/interface may have a slow response
triggerring this issue.

If any function drivers request for a delayed status phase, this leads to a

359d5a85a7 usb: dwc3: Do not service EP0 and conndone events if soft disconnected
There are some operations that need to be ignored if there is a soft
disconnect in progress. This is to avoid having a pending EP0 transfer in
progress while attempting to stop active transfers and halting the
controller.

There were several instances seen where a soft disconnect was able to occur
during early link negotiation, i.e. bus reset/conndone, which leads to the
conndone handler re-configuring EPs while attempting to halt the
controller, as DEP flags are cleared as part of the soft disconnect path.

In addition, if a soft disconnect occurs, EP0 events are still allowed to
process, however, it will stall/restart during the SETUP phase. The
host is still able to query for the DATA phase, leading to a
xfernotready(DATA) event. Since none of the SETUP transfer parameters are
populated, the xfernotready is treated as a "wrong direction" error,
leading to a duplicate stall/restart routine.

Add the proper softconnect/connected checks in sequences that are
potentially involved during soft disconnect processing.

9c1e916960 usb: dwc3: gadget: Fix IN endpoint max packet size allocation
The current logic to assign the max packet limit for IN endpoints attempts
to take the default HW value and apply the optimal endpoint settings based
on it. However, if the default value reports a TxFIFO size large enough
for only one max packet, it will divide the value and assign a smaller ep
max packet limit.

For example, if the default TxFIFO size fits 1024B, current logic will
assign 1024/3 = 341B to ep max packet size. If function drivers attempt to
request for an endpoint with a wMaxPacketSize of 1024B (SS BULK max packet
size) then it will fail, as the gadget is unable to find an endpoint which
can fit the requested size.

Functionally, if the TxFIFO has enough space to fit one max packet, it will
be sufficient, at least when initializing the endpoints.

2840d6dfcf usb: dwc3: EP clear halt leading to clearing of delayed_status
The usb_ep_clear_halt() API can be called from the function driver, and
translates to dwc3_gadget_ep_set_halt(). This routine is shared with when
the host issues a clear feature ENDPOINT_HALT, and is differentiated by the
protocol argument. If the following sequence occurs, there can be a
situation where the delayed_status flag is improperly cleared for the wrong
SETUP transaction:

1. Vendor specific control transfer returns USB_GADGET_DELAYED_STATUS.
2. DWC3 gadget sets dwc->delayed_status to '1'.
3. Another function driver issues a usb_ep_clear_halt() call.
4. DWC3 gadget issues dwc3_stop_active_transfer() and sets
   DWC3_EP_PENDING_CLEAR_STALL.
5. EP command complete interrupt triggers for the end transfer, and
   dwc3_ep0_send_delayed_status() is allowed to run, as delayed_status
   is '1' due to step#1.
6. STATUS phase is sent, and delayed_status is cleared.
7. Vendor specific control transfer is finished being handled, and issues
   usb_composite_setup_continue(). This results in queuing of a data
   phase.

Cache the protocol flag so that DWC3 gadget is aware of when the clear halt
is due to a SETUP request from the host versus when it is sourced from a
function driver. This allows for the EP command complete interrupt to know
if it needs to issue a delayed status phase.

e4cf6580ac usb: dwc3: gadget: Wait for ep0 xfers to complete during dequeue
If a Setup packet is received but yet to DMA out, the controller will
not process the End Transfer command of any endpoint. Polling of its
DEPCMD.CmdAct may block setting up TRB for Setup packet, causing a
command timeout.

This may occur if the driver doesn’t service the completion interrupt of
the control status stage yet due to system latency, then it won’t
prepare TRB and start the transfer for the next Setup Stage. To the host
side, the control transfer had completed, and the host can send a new
Setup packet at this point.

In the meanwhile, if the driver receives an async call to dequeue a
request (triggering End Transfer) to any endpoint, then the driver will
service that End transfer first, blocking the control status stage
completion handler. Since no TRB is available for the Setup stage, the
Setup packet can’t be DMA’ed out and the End Transfer gets hung.

The driver must not block setting up of the Setup stage. So track and
only issue the End Transfer command only when there’s Setup TRB prepared
so that the controller can DMA out the Setup packet. Delay the End
transfer command if there's no Setup TRB available. This is applicable to
all DWC_usb3x IPs.

84918a89d6 usb: dwc3: gadget: Let the interrupt handler disable bottom halves.
The interrupt service routine registered for the gadget is a primary
handler which mask the interrupt source and a threaded handler which
handles the source of the interrupt. Since the threaded handler is
voluntary threaded, the IRQ-core does not disable bottom halves before
invoke the handler like it does for the forced-threaded handler.

Due to changes in networking it became visible that a network gadget's
completions handler may schedule a softirq which remains unprocessed.
The gadget's completion handler is usually invoked either in hard-IRQ or
soft-IRQ context. In this context it is enough to just raise the softirq
because the softirq itself will be handled once that context is left.
In the case of the voluntary threaded handler, there is nothing that
will process pending softirqs. Which means it remain queued until
another random interrupt (on this CPU) fires and handles it on its exit
path or another thread locks and unlocks a lock with the bh suffix.
Worst case is that the CPU goes idle and the NOHZ complains about
unhandled softirqs.

Disable bottom halves before acquiring the lock (and disabling
interrupts) and enable them after dropping the lock. This ensures that
any pending softirqs will handled right away.

666f3de741 usb: dwc3: gadget: Support Multi-Stream Transfer
Synopsys introduced a new enhancement to DWC_usb32 called Multi-Stream
Transfer (MST) to improve bulk streams performance for SuperSpeed and
SuperSpeed Plus. This enhancement allows the controller to look ahead
and process multiple bulk streams.

Previously, to initiate a bulk stream transfer, the driver has to issue
Start Transfer command and wait for the stream to complete before
initiating a new stream. As a result, the controller does not process
TRBs beyond a single stream. With the enhancement, as long as there are
new requests, the dwc3 driver can keep preparing new TRBs and the
controller can keep caching and processing them without waiting for the
transfer completion.

The programming flow is similar to regular bulk endpoint with a few
additional rules:

1) Chained TRBs of the same stream must have a matching stream ID
2) The last TRB of a stream must have CHN=0
3) All the TRBs with LST=0 must have CSP=1

Depends on the application and usage, internal tests show significant
performance improvement in UASP transfers with this enhancement.

63c4c320cc usb: dwc3: gadget: Check for L1/L2/U3 for Start Transfer
The programming guide noted that the driver needs to verify if the link
state is in U0 before executing the Start Transfer command. If it's not

If the link state is in U1/U2, then the controller will not respond to
link recovery request from DCTL.ULSTCHNGREQ. The Start Transfer command
will trigger a link recovery if it is in U1/U2. A clarification will be
added to the programming guide for all controller versions.

The current implementation shouldn't cause any functional issue. It may
occasionally report an invalid time out warning from failed link
recovery request. The driver will still go ahead with the Start Transfer
command if the remote wakeup fails. The new change only initiates remote
wakeup where it is needed, which is when the link state is in L1/L2/U3.

876a75cb52 usb: dwc3: gadget: Skip resizing EP's TX FIFO if already resized
Some functions may dynamically enable and disable their endpoints
regularly throughout their operation, particularly when Set Interface
is employed to switch between Alternate Settings. For instance the
UAC2 function has its respective endpoints for playback & capture
associated with AltSetting 1, in which case those endpoints would not
get enabled until the host activates the AltSetting. And they
conversely become disabled when the interfaces' AltSetting 0 is
chosen.

With the DWC3 FIFO resizing algorithm recently added, every
usb_ep_enable() call results in a call to resize that EP's TXFIFO,
but if the same endpoint is enabled again and again, this incorrectly
leads to FIFO RAM allocation exhaustion as the mechanism did not
account for the possibility that endpoints can be re-enabled many
times.

Example log splat:

	dwc3 a600000.dwc3: Fifosize(3717) > RAM size(3462) ep3in depth:217973127
	configfs-gadget gadget: u_audio_start_capture:521 Error!
	dwc3 a600000.dwc3: request 000000000be13e18 was not queued to ep3in

Add another bit DWC3_EP_TXFIFO_RESIZED to dep->flags to keep track of
whether an EP had already been resized in the current configuration.
If so, bail out of dwc3_gadget_resize_tx_fifos() to avoid the
calculation error resulting from accumulating the EP's FIFO depth
repeatedly. This flag is retained across multiple ep_disable() and
ep_enable() calls and is cleared when GTXFIFOSIZn is reset in
dwc3_gadget_clear_tx_fifos() upon receiving the next Set Config.

Thread#1 (handling UDC unbind):

4a1e25c0a0 usb: dwc3: gadget: Stop EP0 transfers during pullup disable
During a USB cable disconnect, or soft disconnect scenario, a pending
SETUP transaction may not be completed, leading to the following
error:

    dwc3 a600000.dwc3: timed out waiting for SETUP phase

If this occurs, then the entire pullup disable routine is skipped and
proper cleanup and halting of the controller does not complete.

Instead of returning an error (which is ignored from the UDC
perspective), allow the pullup disable routine to continue, which
will also handle disabling of EP0/1. This will end any active
transfers as well. Ensure to clear any delayed_status also, as the
timeout could happen within the STATUS stage.

51f1954ad8 usb: dwc3: gadget: Fix dwc3_calc_trbs_left()
We can't depend on the TRB's HWO bit to determine if the TRB ring is
"full". A TRB is only available when the driver had processed it, not
when the controller consumed and relinquished the TRB's ownership to the
driver. Otherwise, the driver may overwrite unprocessed TRBs. This can
happen when many transfer events accumulate and the system is slow to
process them and/or when there are too many small requests.

If a request is in the started_list, that means there is one or more
unprocessed TRBs remained. Check this instead of the TRB's HWO bit
whether the TRB ring is full.

cb10f68ad8 usb: dwc3: gadget: Avoid runtime resume if disabling pullup
If the device is already in the runtime suspended state, any call to
the pullup routine will issue a runtime resume on the DWC3 core
device. If the USB gadget is disabling the pullup, then avoid having
to issue a runtime resume, as DWC3 gadget has already been
halted/stopped.

This fixes an issue where the following condition occurs:

usb_gadget_remove_driver()
-->usb_gadget_disconnect()
 -->dwc3_gadget_pullup(0)
  -->pm_runtime_get_sync() -> ret = 0
  -->pm_runtime_put() [async]
-->usb_gadget_udc_stop()
 -->dwc3_gadget_stop()
  -->dwc->gadget_driver = NULL
...

dwc3_suspend_common()
-->dwc3_gadget_suspend()
 -->DWC3 halt/stop routine skipped, driver_data == NULL

This leads to a situation where the DWC3 gadget is not properly
stopped, as the runtime resume would have re-enabled EP0 and event
interrupts, and since we avoided the DWC3 gadget suspend, these
resources were never disabled.

d25d85061b usb: dwc3: gadget: Use list_replace_init() before traversing lists
The list_for_each_entry_safe() macro saves the current item (n) and
the item after (n+1), so that n can be safely removed without
corrupting the list. However, when traversing the list and removing
items using gadget giveback, the DWC3 lock is briefly released,
allowing other routines to execute. There is a situation where, while
items are being removed from the cancelled_list using
dwc3_gadget_ep_cleanup_cancelled_requests(), the pullup disable
routine is running in parallel (due to UDC unbind). As the cleanup
routine removes n, and the pullup disable removes n+1, once the
cleanup retakes the DWC3 lock, it references a request who was already
removed/handled. With list debug enabled, this leads to a panic.
Ensure all instances of the macro are replaced where gadget giveback
is used.

Example call stack:

Thread#1:
__dwc3_gadget_ep_set_halt() - CLEAR HALT
  -> dwc3_gadget_ep_cleanup_cancelled_requests()
    ->list_for_each_entry_safe()
    ->dwc3_gadget_giveback(n)
      ->dwc3_gadget_del_and_unmap_request()- n deleted[cancelled_list]
      ->spin_unlock
      ->Thread#2 executes
      ...
    ->dwc3_gadget_giveback(n+1)
      ->Already removed!

Thread#2:
dwc3_gadget_pullup()
  ->waiting for dwc3 spin_lock
  ...
  ->Thread#1 released lock
  ->dwc3_stop_active_transfers()
    ->dwc3_remove_requests()
      ->fetches n+1 item from cancelled_list (n removed by Thread#1)
      ->dwc3_gadget_giveback()
        ->dwc3_gadget_del_and_unmap_request()- n+1
deleted[cancelled_list]
        ->spin_unlock

Fix this condition by utilizing list_replace_init(), and traversing
through a local copy of the current elements in the endpoint lists.
This will also set the parent list as empty, so if another thread is
also looping through the list, it will be empty on the next iteration.

9f607a309f usb: dwc3: Resize TX FIFOs to meet EP bursting requirements
Some devices have USB compositions which may require multiple endpoints
that support EP bursting. HW defined TX FIFO sizes may not always be
sufficient for these compositions. By utilizing flexible TX FIFO
allocation, this allows for endpoints to request the required FIFO depth to
achieve higher bandwidth. With some higher bMaxBurst configurations, using
a larger TX FIFO size results in better TX throughput.

By introducing the check_config() callback, the resizing logic can fetch
the maximum number of endpoints used in the USB composition (can contain
multiple configurations), which helps ensure that the resizing logic can
fulfill the configuration(s), or return an error to the gadget layer
otherwise during bind time.

8d396bb0a5 usb: dwc3: debugfs: Add and remove endpoint dirs dynamically
The DWC3 DebugFS directory and files are currently created once
during probe. This includes creation of subdirectories for each
of the gadget's endpoints. This works fine for peripheral-only
controllers, as dwc3_core_init_mode() calls dwc3_gadget_init()
just prior to calling dwc3_debugfs_init().

However, for dual-role controllers, dwc3_core_init_mode() will
instead call dwc3_drd_init() which is problematic in a few ways.
First, the initial state must be determined, then dwc3_set_mode()
will have to schedule drd_work and by then dwc3_debugfs_init()
could have already been invoked. Even if the initial mode is
peripheral, dwc3_gadget_init() happens after the DebugFS files
are created, and worse so if the initial state is host and the
controller switches to peripheral much later. And secondly,
even if the gadget endpoints' debug entries were successfully
created, if the controller exits peripheral mode, its dwc3_eps
are freed so the debug files would now hold stale references.

So it is best if the DebugFS endpoint entries are created and
removed dynamically at the same time the underlying dwc3_eps are.
Do this by calling dwc3_debugfs_create_endpoint_dir() as each
endpoint is created, and conversely remove the DebugFS entry when
the endpoint is freed.

03715ea2e3 usb: dwc3: gadget: Bail from dwc3_gadget_exit() if dwc->gadget is NULL
There exists a possible scenario in which dwc3_gadget_init() can fail:
during during host -> peripheral mode switch in dwc3_set_mode(), and
a pending gadget driver fails to bind. Then, if the DRD undergoes
another mode switch from peripheral->host the resulting
dwc3_gadget_exit() will attempt to reference an invalid and dangling
dwc->gadget pointer as well as call dma_free_coherent() on unmapped
DMA pointers.

The exact scenario can be reproduced as follows:
 - Start DWC3 in peripheral mode
 - Configure ConfigFS gadget with FunctionFS instance (or use g_ffs)
 - Run FunctionFS userspace application (open EPs, write descriptors, etc)
 - Bind gadget driver to DWC3's UDC
 - Switch DWC3 to host mode
   => dwc3_gadget_exit() is called. usb_del_gadget() will put the
	ConfigFS driver instance on the gadget_driver_pending_list
 - Stop FunctionFS application (closes the ep files)
 - Switch DWC3 to peripheral mode
   => dwc3_gadget_init() fails as usb_add_gadget() calls
	check_pending_gadget_drivers() and attempts to rebind the UDC
	to the ConfigFS gadget but fails with -19 (-ENODEV) because the
	FFS instance is not in FFS_ACTIVE state (userspace has not
	re-opened and written the descriptors yet, i.e. desc_ready!=0).
 - Switch DWC3 back to host mode
   => dwc3_gadget_exit() is called again, but this time dwc->gadget
	is invalid.

Although it can be argued that userspace should take responsibility
for ensuring that the FunctionFS application be ready prior to
allowing the composite driver bind to the UDC, failure to do so
should not result in a panic from the kernel driver.

Fix this by setting dwc->gadget to NULL in the failure path of
dwc3_gadget_init() and add a check to dwc3_gadget_exit() to bail out
unless the gadget pointer is valid.

8212937305 usb: dwc3: gadget: Disable gadget IRQ during pullup disable
Current sequence utilizes dwc3_gadget_disable_irq() alongside
synchronize_irq() to ensure that no further DWC3 events are generated.
However, the dwc3_gadget_disable_irq() API only disables device
specific events. Endpoint events can still be generated. Briefly
disable the interrupt line, so that the cleanup code can run to
prevent device and endpoint events. (i.e. __dwc3_gadget_stop() and
dwc3_stop_active_transfers() respectively)

Without doing so, it can lead to both the interrupt handler and the

bb9c74a5bd usb: dwc3: gadget: Free gadget structure only after freeing endpoints
As part of commit e81a7018d9 ("usb: dwc3: allocate gadget structure
dynamically") the dwc3_gadget_release() was added which will free
the dwc->gadget structure upon the device's removal when
usb_del_gadget_udc() is called in dwc3_gadget_exit().

However, simply freeing the gadget results a dangling pointer
situation: the endpoints created in dwc3_gadget_init_endpoints()
have their dep->endpoint.ep_list members chained off the list_head
anchored at dwc->gadget->ep_list. Thus when dwc->gadget is freed,
the first dwc3_ep in the list now has a dangling prev pointer and
likewise for the next pointer of the dwc3_ep at the tail of the list.
The dwc3_gadget_free_endpoints() that follows will result in a
use-after-free when it calls list_del().

This was caught by enabling KASAN and performing a driver unbind.
The recent commit 568262bf54 ("usb: dwc3: core: Add shutdown
callback for dwc3") also exposes this as a panic during shutdown.

There are a few possibilities to fix this. One could be to perform
a list_del() of the gadget->ep_list itself which removes it from
the rest of the dwc3_ep chain.

Another approach is what this patch does, by splitting up the
usb_del_gadget_udc() call into its separate "del" and "put"
components. This allows dwc3_gadget_free_endpoints() to be
called before the gadget is finally freed with usb_put_gadget().

6f26ebb79a usb: dwc3: gadget: Rename EOPF event macros to Suspend
The device event corresponding to End of Periodic Frame is only
found on older IP revisions (2.10a and prior, according to a
cursory SNPS databook search). On revisions 2.30a and newer,
including DWC3.1, the same event value and corresponding DEVTEN
bit were repurposed to indicate that the link has gone into
suspend state (U3 or L2/L1).

EOPF events had never been enabled before in this driver, and
going forward we expect current and future DWC3-based devices
won't likely to be using such old DWC3 IP revisions either.
Hence rather than keeping the deprecated EOPF macro names let's
rename them to indicate their usage for suspend events.

d1d90dd272 usb: dwc3: gadget: Enable suspend events
commit 72704f876f ("dwc3: gadget: Implement the suspend entry event
handler") introduced (nearly 5 years ago!) an interrupt handler for
U3/L1-L2 suspend events. The problem is that these events aren't
currently enabled in the DEVTEN register so the handler is never
even invoked. Fix this simply by enabling the corresponding bit
in dwc3_gadget_enable_irq() using the same revision check as found
in the handler.

ddae7979cd usb: dwc3: gadget: Handle DEV_TXF_FLUSH_BYPASS capability
DWC_usb32 IP introduces a new behavior when handling NoStream event for
IN endpoints. If the controller is capable of DEV_TXF_FLUSH_BYPASS, then
the driver does not need to force to restart stream for IN endpoints.
The controller will generate ERDY and restart the stream periodically.
