582643672d sfc: eliminate xdp_rxq_info_valid using XDP base API
Commit eb9a36be7f ("sfc: perform XDP processing on received packets")
use xdp_rxq_info_valid to track failures of xdp_rxq_info_reg().
However, this driver-maintained state becomes redundant since the XDP
framework already provides xdp_rxq_info_is_reg() for checking registration
status.

I was debugging some netdev refcount issues in OpenOnload, and one

873e857950 sfc: implement basic per-queue stats
Just RX and TX packet counts and TX bytes for now. We do not
have per-queue RX byte counts, which causes us to fail
stats.pkt_byte_sum selftest with "Drivers should always report
 basic keys" error.
Per-queue counts are since the last time the queue was inited
 (typically by efx_start_datapath(), on ifup or reconfiguration);
device-wide total (efx_get_base_stats()) is since driver probe.
This is not the same lifetime as rtnl_link_stats64, which uses
firmware stats which count since FW (re)booted; this can cause a
"Qstats are lower" or "RTNL stats are lower" failure in
 stats.pkt_byte_sum selftest.
Move the increment of rx_queue->rx_packets to match the semantics
specified for netdev per-queue stats, i.e. just before handing
the packet to XDP (if present) or the netstack (through GRO).
This will affect the existing ethtool -S output which also
 reports these counters.
XDP TX packets are not yet counted into base_stats.

a9ee8d4a97 sfc: use new rxfh_context API
The core is now responsible for allocating IDs and a memory region for
us to store our state (struct efx_rss_context_priv), so we no longer
 need efx_alloc_rss_context_entry() and friends.
Since the contexts are now maintained by the core, use the core's lock
(net_dev->ethtool->rss_lock), rather than our own mutex (efx->rss_lock),
to serialise access against changes; and remove the now-unused
 efx->rss_lock from struct efx_nic.

000fe940e5 sfc: The size of the RX recycle ring should be more flexible
Ideally the size would depend on the link speed, but the recycle
ring is created when the interface is brought up before the driver

On a 10G NIC the number of calls to alloc_pages and friends went down
from about 15% to 0 (perf did not capture any calls during the 60

On a 100G NIC the number of calls to alloc_pages and friends went down

788f920a0f sfc: null out channel->rps_flow_id after freeing it
If an ef100_net_open() fails, ef100_net_stop() may be called without
channel->rps_flow_id having been written; thus it may hold the address
freed by a previous ef100_net_stop()'s call to efx_remove_filters().
This then causes a double-free when efx_remove_filters() is called
 again, leading to a panic.

86e85bf698 sfc: fix XDP-redirect in this driver
XDP-redirect is broken in this driver sfc. XDP_REDIRECT requires
tailroom for skb_shared_info when creating an SKB based on the
redirected xdp_frame (both in cpumap and veth).

The fix requires some initial explaining. The driver uses RX page-split
when possible. It reserves the top 64 bytes in the RX-page for storing
dma_addr (struct efx_rx_page_state). It also have the XDP recommended
headroom of XDP_PACKET_HEADROOM (256 bytes). As it doesn't reserve any
tailroom, it can still fit two standard MTU (1500) frames into one page.

The sizeof struct skb_shared_info in 320 bytes. Thus drivers like ixgbe
and i40e, reduce their XDP headroom to 192 bytes, which allows them to
fit two frames with max 1536 bytes into a 4K page (192+1536+320=2048).

The fix is to reduce this drivers headroom to 128 bytes and add the 320
bytes tailroom. This account for reserved top 64 bytes in the page, and
still fit two frame in a page for normal MTUs.

We must never go below 128 bytes of headroom for XDP, as one cacheline
is for xdp_frame area and next cacheline is reserved for metadata area.
