26582fc61a drm/xe: Introduce xe_gt_dbg_printer()
We didn't have GT-oriented debug level printer as it was hard to
correctly show actual callsite annotation. But this is now doable
from commit c2ef66e9ad ("drm/print: Improve drm_dbg_printer").

9d383916a5 drm/xe: Move GSI offset adjustment fields into 'struct xe_mmio'
By moving the GSI adjustment fields into 'struct xe_mmio' we can replace
the GT's MMIO substructure with another instance of xe_mmio. At the
moment this means MMIO operations wind up pulling information from two
different places (the tile's xe_mmio for the iomap and the GT's xe_mmio
for the adjustment), but we'll address that in future patches.

The type headers change a bit with this change, meaning that various
files should be including xe_device_types.h instead of (or in addition
to) xe_gt_types.h.

v2:
 - Fix pre-existing kerneldoc typo while moving the fields (Lucas)
v3:
 - Add missing '@' in kerneldoc. (Rodrigo)

1372708168 drm/xe/gt_print: add xe_gt_err_once()
Needed in an upcoming patch, where we want GT level print, but only
which to trigger once to avoid flooding dmesg.

b2e1f97fb4 drm/xe: Add GT oriented drm_printers
Instead of using generic drm_err_printer() that just adds static
prefix, or drm_info_printer() that outputs only device name, add
new helpers that create dedicated drm_printers that use our GT
oriented xe_gt_err() and xe_gt_info() functions.

f79ee3013a drm/xe: Add backpointer from gt to tile
Rather than a backpointer to the xe_device, a GT should have a
backpointer to its tile (which can then be used to lookup the device if
necessary).

The gt_to_xe() helper macro (which moves from xe_gt.h to xe_gt_types.h)
can and should still be used to jump directly from an xe_gt to
xe_device.

v2:
 - Fix kunit test build
 - Move a couple changes to the previous patch. (Lucas)

75a6aadb9a drm/xe: Introduce GT oriented log messages
While debugging GT related problems, it's good to know which GT was
reporting problems. Introduce helper macros to allow prefix GT logs
with GT identifier. We will use them in upcoming patches.

v2: use xe_ prefix (Lucas)
v3: use correct include
