			The lack of a MODULE_LICENSE macro in ums-* subdrivers prevented them from loading. Needs to be applied after Alan Stern's usb-storage subdriver separation patchset. Also added missing MODULE_DESCRIPTION and MODULE_AUTHOR entries.
