eab184c236 [ARM] 5363/1: Shark cleanup and new defconfig 
This includes a new defconfig for the Shark and some changes to
the mach-shark directory to avoid namespace pollution and to
switch the rtc to the newer driver.

47190a3350 [ARM] shark: avoid polluting the kernel's namespace 
Avoid unnecessarily pollution of the kernel's namespace by avoiding
mach/hardware.h in mach/io.h.  Include this header file where necessary.

a09e64fbc0 [ARM] Move include/asm-arm/arch-* to arch/arm/*/include/mach 
This just leaves include/asm-arm/plat-* to deal with.
