1468479322 perf test annotate: Use --percent-limit rather than head to reduce output
The annotate test was sped up by Thomas Richter
<tmricht@linux.ibm.com> in commit
658a8805cb ("perf test: Speed up test case 70 annotate basic tests")
by reducing the annotate output using head. This causes flakes on
hybrid machines where the first event dumped may not have the samples
for the test within it. Rather than reduce the output using `head`
switch to `--percent-limit 10` which will stop annotate dumping
functions that have an overhead of less than 10%, the noploop program
should be using more.

Add the missing objdump option for the pipe mode version of the
objdump with a command test.

658b34cc9f perf test: Add pipe output testing for annotate
Parameterize the basic testing to generate directly a perf.data file
or to generate/use one from pipe input or output. To simplify the
refactor move some of the head/grep logic around. Use "-q" with grep
to make the test output cleaner.

b38c49d829 perf/test: Speed up test case perf annotate basic tests
perf test 70 takes a long time. One culprit is the output of command
perf annotate. Per default enabled are
 - demangle symbol names
 - interleave source code with assembly code.
Disable demangle of symbols and abort the annotation
after the first 250 lines.

This speeds up the test case considerable, for example
on s390:

Output before:
 # time perf test 70
70: perf annotate basic tests : Ok
 .....
 real 2m7.467s
 user 1m26.869s
 sys 0m34.086s
 #

 Output after:
 # time perf test 70
70: perf annotate basic tests : Ok

 real 0m3.341s
 user 0m1.606s
 sys 0m0.362s

658a8805cb perf test: Speed up test case 70 annotate basic tests
On some s390 linux machine (mostly older models) and with debug
packages installed, the test case 'perf annotate basic tests' runs
for some longer time.
Speed up the test and save the output of command perf annotate
in a temporary file. This is used to perform pattern matching via
grep command. This saves on invocation of perf annotate which
runs for some time.
