d1833463dd perf list: Update event description for IBM z15 to latest level
Update IBM z15 event counter description to the latest level
as described in the documents
1. SA23-2260-07:
   "The Load-Program-Parameter and the CPU-Measurement Facilities."
   released on May, 2022
for the following counter sets:
   * Basic counter set
   * Problem counter set
   * Crypto counter set

2. SA23-2261-07:
   "The CPU-Measurement Facility Extended Counters Definition
   for z10, z196/z114, zEC12/zBC12, z13/z13s, z14, z15 and z16"
   released on April 29, 2022
for the following counter sets:
   * Extended counter set
   * MT-Diagnostic counter set

08f3e0873a perf vendor-events: Fix all remaining invalid JSON files
Remove trailing commas. A later commit will make the parser more strict
and these will not be valid anymore.

e7950166e4 perf vendor events s390: Add new deflate counters for IBM z15
Add support for new deflate counters:

- Counter 247: cycles CPU spent obtaining access to Deflate unit
- Counter 252: cycles CPU is using Deflate unit
- Counter 264: Increments by one for every DEFLATE CONVERSION CALL
	    instruction executed.
- Counter 265: Increments by one for every DEFLATE CONVERSION CALL
	    instruction executed that ended in Condition Codes
	    0, 1 or 2.

Also adjust the some crypto counter description to latest documentation.

0d0e5ecec6 perf vendor events s390: Use s390 machine name instead of type 8561
In the pmu-events directory for JSON file definitions use the
official machine name IBM z15 instead of machine type number
8561. This is consistent with previous machines.
