ASoC: codecs: Constify regmap configuration static variables
Static arrays/structs for regmap configuration like 'struct
reg_default', 'struct reg_sequence' and others are not modified so can
be changed to const for more safety.

ASoC: rt722: fix pop noise at the beginning of DMIC recording
This patch added the PDE status check which makes sure the PDE transition is done.
It will decrease the pop noise at the beginning of DMIC recording.

ASoC: rt722: Convert to RUNTIME_PM_OPS() & co
Use the newer RUNTIME_PM_OPS() and SYSTEM_SLEEP_PM_OPS() macros
instead of SET_RUNTIME_PM_OPS() and SET_SYSTEM_SLEEP_PM_OPS() together
with pm_ptr(), which allows us dropping ugly __maybe_unused
attributes.

This optimizes slightly when CONFIG_PM is disabled, too.

ASoC: rt722: get lane mapping property
Rt722 supports multi-lane and the driver doesn't call sdw_slave_read_prop()
to get all properties. Add sdw_slave_read_lane_mapping() to get the

ASoC: rt722-sdca: Make use of new expanded MBQ regmap
Now the MBQ regmap implementation handles multiple sizes, this driver
can combine its two register maps into one. So remove mbq_regmap and
combine all the registers into regmap.

Also as rt722_sdca_adc_mux_get/put() only exist to access mbq_regmap,
rather than doing any processing, these can now be dropped and the
normal DAPM helpers used.

ASoC: rt722: Use maple tree register cache
The rt722 can only support single register read and write operations so
does not benefit from block writes. This means it gets no benefit from
using the rbtree register cache over the maple tree register cache so
convert it to use maple trees instead, it is more modern.
