4528b90527 xfs: allow sysadmins to specify a maximum atomic write limit at mount time
Introduce a mount option to allow sysadmins to specify the maximum size
of an atomic write.  If the filesystem can work with the supplied value,
that becomes the new guaranteed maximum.

The value mustn't be too big for the existing filesystem geometry (max
write size, max AG/rtgroup size).  We dynamically recompute the
tr_atomic_write transaction reservation based on the given block size,
check that the current log size isn't less than the new minimum log size
constraints, and set a new maximum.

The actual software atomic write max is still computed based off of
tr_atomic_ioend the same way it has for the past few commits.  Note also
that xfs_calc_atomic_write_log_geometry is non-static because mkfs will
need that.

0c438dcc31 xfs: add xfs_calc_atomic_write_unit_max()
Now that CoW-based atomic writes are supported, update the max size of an
atomic write for the data device.

The limit of a CoW-based atomic write will be the limit of the number of
logitems which can fit into a single transaction.

In addition, the max atomic write size needs to be aligned to the agsize.
Limit the size of atomic writes to the greatest power-of-two factor of the
agsize so that allocations for an atomic write will always be aligned
compatibly with the alignment requirements of the storage.

Function xfs_atomic_write_logitems() is added to find the limit the number
of log items which can fit in a single transaction.

Amend the max atomic write computation to create a new transaction
reservation type, and compute the maximum size of an atomic write
completion (in fsblocks) based on this new transaction reservation.
Initially, tr_atomic_write is a clone of tr_itruncate, which provides a
reasonable level of parallelism.  In the next patch, we'll add a mount
option so that sysadmins can configure their own limits.

b1e09178b7 xfs: commit CoW-based atomic writes atomically
When completing a CoW-based write, each extent range mapping update is
covered by a separate transaction.

For a CoW-based atomic write, all mappings must be changed at once, so
change to use a single transaction.

Note that there is a limit on the amount of log intent items which can be
fit into a single transaction, but this is being ignored for now since
the count of items for a typical atomic write would be much less than is
typically supported. A typical atomic write would be expected to be 64KB
or less, which means only 16 possible extents unmaps, which is quite
small.

805f898812 xfs: add helpers to compute transaction reservation for finishing intent items
In the transaction reservation code, hoist the logic that computes the
reservation needed to finish one log intent item into separate helper
functions.  These will be used in subsequent patches to estimate the
number of blocks that an online repair can commit to reaping in the same
transaction as the change committing the new data structure.

6ed7e509d2 xfs: rename xfs_*alloc*_log_count to _block_count
These functions return the maximum number of blocks that could be logged
in a particular transaction.  "log count" is confusing since there's a
separate concept of a log (operation) count in the reservation code, so
let's change it to "block count" to be less confusing.

b037c4eed2 xfs: reduce transaction reservations with reflink
Before to the introduction of deferred refcount operations, reflink
would try to cram refcount btree updates into the same transaction as an
allocation or a free event.  Mainline XFS has never actually done that,
but we never refactored the transaction reservations to reflect that we
now do all refcount updates in separate transactions.  Fix this to
reduce the transaction reservation size even farther, so that between
this patch and the previous one, we reduce the tr_write and tr_itruncate
sizes by 66%.

4ecf9e7c69 xfs: reduce the absurdly large log operation count
Back in the early days of reflink and rmap development I set the
transaction reservation sizes to be overly generous for rmap+reflink
filesystems, and a little under-generous for rmap-only filesystems.

Since we don't need *eight* transaction rolls to handle three new log
intent items, decrease the logcounts to what we actually need, and amend
the shadow reservation computation function to reflect what we used to
do so that the minimum log size doesn't change.

40b52225e5 xfs: remove support for disabling quota accounting on a mounted file system
Disabling quota accounting is hairy, racy code with all kinds of pitfalls.
And it has a very strange mind set, as quota accounting (unlike
enforcement) really is a propery of the on-disk format.  There is no good
use case for supporting this.

0b61f8a407 xfs: convert to SPDX license tags
Remove the verbose license text from XFS files and replace them
with SPDX tags. This does not change the license of any of the code,
merely refers to the common, up-to-date license files in LICENSES/

This change was mostly scripted. fs/xfs/Makefile and
fs/xfs/libxfs/xfs_fs.h were modified by hand, the rest were detected
and modified by the following command:

fa30f03cda xfs: rmap btree transaction reservations
The rmap btrees will use the AGFL as the block allocation source, so
we need to ensure that the transaction reservations reflect the fact
this tree is modified by allocation and freeing. Hence we need to
extend all the extent allocation/free reservations used in
transactions to handle this.

Note that this also gets rid of the unused XFS_ALLOCFREE_LOG_RES
macro, as we now do buffer reservations based on the number of
buffers logged via xfs_calc_buf_res(). Hence we only need the buffer
count calculation now.

496817b4be xfs: clean up XFS_MIN_FREELIST macros
We no longer calculate the minimum freelist size from the on-disk
AGF, so we don't need the macros used for this. That means the
nested macros can be cleaned up, and turn this into an actual
function so the logic is clear and concise. This will make it much
easier to add support for the rmap btree when the time comes.

This also gets rid of the XFS_AG_MAXLEVELS macro used by these
freelist macros as it is simply a wrapper around a single variable.

61e63ecb57 xfs: consolidate superblock logging functions
We now have several superblock loggin functions that are identical
except for the transaction reservation and whether it shoul dbe a
synchronous transaction or not. Consolidate these all into a single
function, a single reserveration and a sync flag and call it
xfs_sync_sb().

Also, xfs_mod_sb() is not really a modification function - it's the
operation of logging the superblock buffer. hence change the name of
it to reflect this.

Note that we have to change the mp->m_update_flags that are passed
around at mount time to a boolean simply to indicate a superblock
update is needed.
