51333bfbf1 usb: musb: Constify struct musb_fifo_cfg
'struct musb_fifo_cfg' are not modified in these drivers.

Constifying these structures moves some data to a read-only section, so
increase overall security.

On a x86_64, with allmodconfig, as an example:
Before:
======
text data bss dec hex	filename
  64381 5537 202 70120 111e8	drivers/usb/musb/musb_core.o

After:

  64957 4929 202 70088 111c8	drivers/usb/musb/musb_core.o

9a0749d61a usb: Switch back to struct platform_driver::remove()
After commit 0edb555a65 ("platform: Make platform_driver::remove()
return void") .remove() is (again) the right callback to implement for
platform drivers.

Convert all platform drivers below drivers/usb to use .remove(), with
the eventual goal to drop struct platform_driver::remove_new(). As
.remove() and .remove_new() have the same prototypes, conversion is done
by just changing the structure member name in the driver initializer.

The combination of dev_err() and the returned error code could be

converting to dev_err_probe() to make code more simple.

484468fb0f usb: Explicitly include correct DT includes
The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.

ace4e2637c usb: musb: mediatek: Convert to platform remove callback returning void
The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes
many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by
returning an error code. However the value returned is (mostly) ignored
and this typically results in resource leaks. To improve here there is a
quest to make the remove callback return void. In the first step of this
quest all drivers are converted to .remove_new() which already returns
void.

Trivially convert this driver from always returning zero in the remove
callback to the void returning variant.

ba883de971 usb: musb: mediatek: don't unregister something that wasn't registered
This function only calls mtk_otg_switch_init() when the ->port_mode
is MUSB_OTG so the clean up code should only call mtk_otg_switch_exit()
for that mode.

cf081d009c usb: musb: Set the DT node on the child device
The musb glue drivers just copy the glue resources to the musb child device.
Instead, set the musb child device's DT node pointer to the parent device's
node so that platform_get_irq_byname() can find the resources in the DT.
This removes the need for statically populating the IRQ resources from the
DT which has been deprecated for some time.

bce3052f0c usb: roles: Provide the switch drivers handle to the switch in the API
The USB role callback functions had a parameter pointing to
the parent device (struct device) of the switch. The
assumption was that the switch parent is always the
controller. Firstly, that may not be true in every case, and
secondly, it prevents us from supporting devices that supply
multiple muxes.

Changing the first parameter of usb_role_switch_set_t and
usb_role_switch_get_t from struct device to struct
usb_role_switch.
