rtw89_sar_set_src() may be called at driver early init phase when
applying SAR configuration via ACPI. wiphy lock is not held there.
Since the assertion was initially added for rtw89_apply_sar_common() call
path and may be helpful for other places in future changes, keep it but
move it under RTW89_FLAG_PROBE_DONE test.
Found by Linux Verification Center (linuxtesting.org).

Some SAR sources, e.g. ACPI, may allow different SAR configs by antenna.
Previously, the minimum config between antennas was taken. Because there
are differences between HW design, different chips might have different
solutions to achieve this. So, it cannot be done through a single common
handling. Now, add the relevant skeleton for this purpose ahead.
First, add a flag into chip info to describe whether it has implemented
this function or not. Second, support to query SAR config for a given RF
path. With it, each chip can implement its own handling. Then, if a chip
declares to support this function, when it queries SAR config without a
given RF path, it gets a maximum config between antennas.

Support to load dynamic SAR tables with ACPI RWRD method. The content
format of a single dynamic SAR table is basically the same as static
SAR table. However, it's able to carry multiple dynamic SAR tables at
one time. And, its header contains one more field to describe how many
dynamic SAR tables are filled in the content. Either static SAR table
or dynamic SAR tables can be supported, but not both simultaneously.
Besides, also support to load indicator of dynamic SAR with ACPI RWSI
method. The indicator will describe a target dynamic SAR table, which
should be followed currently, by antenna. It can be changed at runtime
according to platform mode. For example, tablet mode can use different
SAR from normal mode. So, track indicator configuration if dynamic SAR
is configured.

To support SAR configuration in BIOS via ACPI, add related subbnad/band
converting/handling function and define SW format to store result after
parsing. Then, register a new SAR source, i.e. ACPI, into SAR flow and
implement its query function.
Besides, tweak priority of common SAR to be the highest. And, ACPI SAR
can just be configured once when no other sources is already working.
For now, evaluating SAR via ACPI returns -ENOENT, i.e. ACPI SAR doesn't
really work yet. The evaluating flow will be implemented in the following.

The following implementations will support SAR source from ACPI/BIOS.
And when querying, it needs to take more parameters into account. To
avoid changing function prototype of querying SAR everytime when new
SAR source is introduced, wrap query parameters into a structure first.

TAS state switching mechanism now incorporates the TX ratio as a
decision parameter. The average power calculation has been improved
by using a higher resolution conversion from dBm to linear. During
scan or MCC operations, TAS state is forced to static SAR and
suspend the average power calculation. Additionally, TAS window
size depends on the regulatory domain and band to ensure compliance.
TAS is enabled when permitted by the regulatory domain and is
currently supported on the 8852CE.
For debugging, add a flag to disable_dm that can stop TAS mechanism.

With spatch script, already remove most driver mutex and generate
lockdep_assert_wiphy(), and some are needed to refine manually further to
be expected:
- lockdep_assert_wiphy() always be the first statement in function
- return directly rather than unnecessary goto
- change assert from mutex to wiphy lock, which script can't convert
automatically.

Since debugfs needs wiphy lock held, wiphy_locked_debugfs_{read,write}()
will be adopted, so implmenet file_ops::read/write along with their
arguments.
For reading part, it needs lots of changes because seq_file is not
suitable for wiphy_locked_debugfs_{read,write}(), so use spatch script
below to convert basically, and manually implement the functions.

The env_monitor is to collect information of current operating channel as
helper to make decision with better hardware parameters to adopt current
environment.
Use PHY context as argument to control PHY accordingly, and use
rtw89_phy_{write32,read32}_idx with phy_idx to access registers.

Given that the 6GHz subband edges are not aligned, specific frequencies
can span two adjacent subbands. We considered the need for this
functionality outside of SAR and moved it to a common function.
No logic change for existing chips.

Originally, we planed to fill MAC_0/1 indicators with chanctx and
use sub_entity_xxx for these things. However, there are some reasons
listed below which make us give up this plan after we know our Wi-Fi 7
HW design.
1. one link is bound to one HW band during its life time
but, one link might change chanctx dynamically
2. in concurrent mode, assume 1st vif is MLD
1st vif's 2nd link might use the same chanctx as 2nd vif
but, they are not on the same HW band
So, we let sub_entity_xxx stuffs deal with only chanctx now. And, to be
more readable, we rename sub_entity related words to chanctx.
No logic is changed.

Realtek ACPI DSM func 4, RTW89_ACPI_DSM_FUNC_6G_BP,
accepts a configuration via ACPI buffer as below.

Through this function, BIOS can indicate to allow/block
6 GHz on some specific countries. Still, driver should

Clang is a little more pedantic than GCC, which does not warn when
falling through to a case that is just break or return. Clang's version
is more in line with the kernel's own stance in deprecated.rst, which
states that all switch/case blocks must end in either break,
fallthrough, continue, goto, or return. Add the missing break to silence
the warning.

Time Averaged SAR (TAS) tracks the amount of transmit power over a
period of time and adjusts the power accordingly. Two thresholds are
used to determine when to increase or reduce transmit power: Dynamic
Power Reduction (DPR) on/off. Compared to Static SAR, which has a
constant transmit power, TAS can improve the user experience or
range extension.
TAS can be enabled through BIOS, and the driver will evaluate
Realtek ACPI DSM with RTW89_ACPI_DSM_FUNC_TAS_EN to determine
whether TAS should be enabled.

We are planning to support mac80211 chanctx. To reduce future works,
the driver architecture is adjusted first to isolate related things.
According to chip, our HW may have multiple sub-entities to support
multiple mac80211 chanctx. Struct rtw89_chan has been introduced for
things about channel/band/subband/... Now introduce struct rtw89_chan_rcd
to record difference after assigning new one of struct rtw89_chan.
We will implement and support chanctx with single channel first, i.e.
only use entry in RTW89_SUB_ENTITY_0, before handling dual channels.
Our hierarchy in planning will become as the following.
DEV
-> HAL
---> entity (manage status across sub-entities)
-----> sub-entity[*] (support mac80211 chanctx)
where each sub-entity contains one struct rtw89_chan.

We need to invoke the callback of the changed band at the first
set_channel() after every power-off. Originally, we forced the
channel to be 0 when doing power-off, and then determined things
by comparing channel with 0.
However, deciding on such things by channel might be confusing.
It's also confusing to use this kind of decision when we consider
multiple channels in the follow-up patches. So, another flag,
entity_active, is added ahead to HAL to deal with this.
Besides, we also need to check if entity is active when we set
TX power.

Since SAR is more expected to follow U-NII bands to plan subbands,
division of 6GHz band is quite different from defined enum of subbands
which is used by PHY in most cases. It's hard and painful if we want to
keep using the same enum on SAR. So, we introduce another enum for SAR
subbands and adjust SAR flow to use it.
Besides, since 6GHz SAR subbands won't be divided with edge alignment,
some cases will span two SAR subbands. For these cases, we describe them
within an array of rtw89_sar_span and take the smaller one between SAR
settings of the two subbands.

This driver named rtw89, which is the next generation of rtw88, supports
Realtek 8852AE 802.11ax 2x2 chip whose new features are OFDMA, DBCC,
Spatial reuse, TWT and BSS coloring; now some of them aren't implemented
though.
The chip architecture is entirely different from the chips supported by
rtw88 like RTL8822CE 802.11ac chip. First of all, register address ranges
are totally redefined, so it's impossible to reuse register definition. To
communicate with firmware, new H2C/C2H format is proposed. In order to have
better utilization, TX DMA flow is changed to two stages DMA. To provide
rich RX status information, additional RX PPDU packets are added.
Since there are so many differences mentioned above, we decide to propose
