08431b627d rtlwifi: btcoex: Use seq_file to dump btcoex status
We use seq_file to replace RT_TRACE to dump status, then we can use 'cat'
to access btcoex's status through debugfs.
(i.e. /sys/kernel/debug/rtlwifi/00-11-22-33-44-55-66/btcoex)
Other related changes are
1. implement btc_disp_dbg_msg() to access btcoex's common status.
2. remove obsolete field bt_exist

60f44100ee rtlwifi: btcoex: add settings before the hardware is ready
When the hardware is turned on and in the initialization stage, the PTA
circuit is unstable. Hence we need to force some hardware settings to
make sure the PTA circuit work correctly, otherwise it may affect the
user's experience.

6fbbc82adf rtlwifi: btcoex: settings before firmware is downloaded
The btcoex is sometimes unstable because there are some unexpected
behaviors before the firmware has been downloaded successfully.

Therefore we force the antenna path settings to avoid this, then let the
firmware control the btcoexistence when the firmware is ready.

d6a82054f2 rtlwifi: btcoex: Remove 23b 2ant configuration parameter
In file halbtc8723b2ant.c, there are directives that depend on an
undocumented configuration parameter BT_AUTO_REPORT_ONLY_8723B_2ANT
that cannot be set from Kconfig. This parameter is replaced by a
boolean in the main structure used by all routines. It still cannot
be changed dynamically, but it is easier to document.

Routines halbtc8723b2ant_set_bt_auto_report(), and
btc8723b2ant_bt_auto_report() are restored.

c5e2113613 rtlwifi: btcoex: 23b 2ant: turn off antenna when rssi is too high/low
For 2-antenna combo card, the signal of the neighbor antenna could be
over noise level and cause be severe interference. So we monitor the
rssi and turn off one of the antennas when the other is transmitting
and the rssi level is beyond a threshold.

684df42cd5 rtlwifi: btcoex: 23b 2ant: check more cases when bt is queuing
If bt is queing, we need to set the packet priority properly.
Originally we only consider if wifi was connected or not, but now we
also consider if bt is under abnormal scan or wifi is scanning, roaming
or linking, and set the coex table.

b01127b268 rtlwifi: btcoex: 23b 2ant: check PS state before setting tdma duration
For time division multiple access, the wifi and bt take turns to
transmit, but we need to let AP know that wifi is under standby mode by
sending null data to "pretend" entering power saving state using lps
rpwm.

But, the fw does not know if it is the actual power saving mode or just a
fake one to cheat to the AP. Hence, before fw setting the tdma duration,
the fw needs the driver to check the power saving state first.

fixed value (usually 2), this change makes the driver fit to the
environment more quickly.

3f957062c9 rtlwifi: btcoex: 23b 2ant: adjust wifi duration for bt a2dp
The larger the bt a2dp bit pool is, the more time bt needs to receive
them. If we do not adjust the wifi duration, the voice quality will be
low. Hence we reduce the time that wifi holds, to improve the a2dp
service.

f1d2b4d338 rtlwifi: rtl818x: Move drivers into new realtek directory
Now that a new mac80211-based driver for Realtek devices has been submitted,
it is time to reorganize the directories. Rather than having directories
rtlwifi and rtl818x be in drivers/net/wireless/, they will now be in
drivers/net/wireless/realtek/. This change simplifies the directory
structure, but does not result in any configuration changes that are
visable to the user.
