Change the misleading macro name to one that is more descriptive for
btcoexist.
This change exposed some conditions reported by checkpatch.pl.
These are also fixed.

We use seq_file to replace RT_TRACE to dump status, then we can use 'cat'
to access btcoex's status through debugfs.
(i.e. /sys/kernel/debug/rtlwifi/00-11-22-33-44-55-66/btcoex)
Other related changes are
1. implement btc_disp_dbg_msg() to access btcoex's common status.
2. remove obsolete field bt_exist

In file halbtc8192e2ant.c, there are directives that depend on an
undocumented configuration parameter BT_AUTO_REPORT_ONLY_8192E_2ANT
that cannot be set from Kconfig. This parameter is replaced by a
boolean in the main structure used by all routines. It still cannot
be changed dynamically, but it is easier to document.
Upon the advice of Realtek, the auto report option is turned on with
this patch.
Routine btc8192e2ant_is_wifi_status_changed() is restored.

This routine uses its own debugging macros These are changed to use the
the recently rewritten RT_TRACE macro. There are also some renamed
variables that were missed in the previous step.
The only functional change is that some debugging statements have been
dropped based on the final code supplied by Realtek.

Now that a new mac80211-based driver for Realtek devices has been submitted,
it is time to reorganize the directories. Rather than having directories
rtlwifi and rtl818x be in drivers/net/wireless/, they will now be in
drivers/net/wireless/realtek/. This change simplifies the directory
structure, but does not result in any configuration changes that are
visable to the user.
