Pass the stmmac_priv structure into the pcs_set_ane() MAC method rather
than having callers dereferencing this structure for the IO address.

qcom-ethqos doesn't need to implement the speed_mode_2500() method as
it is only setting priv->plat->phy_interface to 2500BASE-X, which is
already a pre-condition for assigning speed_mode_2500 in
qcom_ethqos_probe(). So, qcom_ethqos_speed_mode_2500() has no effect.
Remove it.

Phylink will already limit the MAC speed according to the interface,
so if 2500BASE-X is selected, the maximum speed will be 2.5G. It is,
therefore, not necessary to set a speed limit. Remove setting
plat_dat->max_speed from this glue driver.

Rather than ethqos_fix_mac_speed() storing the speed in struct
qcom_ethqos and then functions that are only called from here reading
that speed, pass the speed to the called functions instead.
This removes all readers of this struct member, which then allows the
removal of the two places that set its value and the struct member.

ethqos->serdes_speed represents the current speed the serdes was
configured for, which should be the same as ethqos->speed. Since we
wish to remove ethqos->speed to simplify the code, switch to using the
serdes_speed instead.

devm_stmmac_probe_config_dt() already gets the PHY mode from firmware,
which is stored in plat_dat->phy_interface. Therefore, we don't need to
get it a second time in qcom_ethqos_probe(). Use
plat_dat->phy_interface to initialise ethqos->phy_mode.

priv->plat->fix_mac_speed() is called from stmmac_mac_link_up(), which
is passed the speed as an "int". However, fix_mac_speed() implicitly
casts this to an unsigned int. Some platform glue code print this value
using %u, others with %d. Some implicitly cast it back to an int, and
others to u32.
Good practice is to use one type and only one type to represent a value
being passed around a driver.
Switch all of these over to consistently use "int" when dealing with a
speed passed from stmmac_mac_link_up(), even though the speed will
always be positive.

On sa8775p-ride-r3 the RX clocks from the AQR115C PHY are not available at
the time of the DMA reset. We can however extract the RX clock from the
internal SERDES block. Once the link is up, we can revert to the
previous state.
The AQR115C PHY doesn't support in-band signalling so we can count on
getting the link up notification and safely reuse existing callbacks
which are already used by another HW quirk workaround which enables the
functional clock to avoid a DMA reset due to timeout.
Only enable loopback on revision 3 of the board - check the phy_mode to
make sure.

Commit 070246e467 ("net: stmmac: Fix for mismatched host/device DMA
address width") added support in the stmmac driver for platform drivers
to indicate the host DMA width, but left it up to authors of the
specific platforms to indicate if their width differed from the addr64
register read from the MAC itself.
Qualcomm's EMAC4 integration supports only up to 36 bit width (as
opposed to the addr64 register indicating 40 bit width). Let's indicate
that in the platform driver to avoid a scenario where the driver will
allocate descriptors of size that is supported by the CPU which in our
case is 36 bit, but as the addr64 register is still capable of 40 bits
the device will use two descriptors as one address.

Updating link clock rate for different speeds is only needed when
using RGMII, as that mode requires changing clock speed when the link
speed changes. Let's restrict updating the link clock speed in
ethqos_update_link_clk() to just RGMII. Other modes such as SGMII
only need to enable the link clock (which is already done in probe).

Serdes phy needs to operate at 2500 mode for 2.5G speed and 1000
mode for 1G/100M/10M speed.
Added changes to configure serdes phy and mac based on link speed.
Changing serdes phy speed involves multiple register writes for
serdes block. To avoid redundant write operations only update serdes
phy when new speed is different.
For 2500 speed MAC PCS autoneg needs to disabled. Added changes to
disable MAC PCS autoneg if ANE parameter is not set.

TSO and TBS cannot co-exist. TBS requires special descriptor to be
allocated at bootup. Initialising Tx queues at probe to support
TSO and TBS can help in allocating those resources at bootup.
TX queues with TBS can support etf qdisc hw offload.
This is similar to the patch raised by NXP
commit 3b12ec8f61 ("net: stmmac: dwmac-imx: set TSO/TBS TX queues default settings")

In 10M SGMII mode all the packets are being dropped due to wrong Rx clock.
SGMII 10MBPS mode needs RX clock divider programmed to avoid drops in Rx.

The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.

Qualcomm clocks can set their frequency to a variety of levels
generally. Let's use the max for clk_ptp_ref to ensure the best
timestamping resolution possible.
Without this, the default value of the clock is used. For sa8775p-ride
this is 19.2 MHz, far less than the 230.4 MHz possible.

On sa8775p, the EMAC revision is 4 and we use SGMII instead of RGMII.
There's no "rgmii" clock but there's a fourth clock under a different
name: "phyaux". Add a new field to the chip data struct that specifies
the link clock name. Default to "rgmii" for backward compatibility.

We must not assign plat_dat->dwmac4_addrs unconditionally as for
structures which don't set them, this will result in the core driver
using zeroes everywhere and breaking the driver for older HW. On EMAC < 2
the address should remain NULL.

The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes
many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by
returning an error code. However the value returned is (mostly) ignored
and this typically results in resource leaks. To improve here there is a
quest to make the remove callback return void. In the first step of this
quest all drivers are converted to .remove_new() which already returns
void.
Trivially convert this driver from always returning zero in the remove
callback to the void returning variant.

The remove callback is only ever called after .probe() returned
successfully. After that get_stmmac_bsp_priv() always return non-NULL.
Side note: The early exit would also be a bug because the return value
of qcom_ethqos_remove() is ignored by the device core and the device is
unbound unconditionally. So exiting early resulted in a dangerous
resource leak as all devm allocated resources (some memory and the
register mappings) are freed but the network device stays around. Using
the network device afterwards probably oopses.

The function returns zero unconditionally. Change it to return void instead
which simplifies some callers as error handing becomes unnecessary.
The function is also used for some drivers as remove callback. Switch these
to the .remove_new() callback. For some others no error can happen in the
remove callback now, convert them to .remove_new(), too.
