70d81f25cc net/mlxfw: Drop hard coded max FW flash image size
Currently, mlxfw kernel module limits FW flash image size to be
10MB at most, preventing the ability to burn recent BlueField-3
FW that exceeds the said size limit.

Thus, drop the hard coded limit. Instead, rely on FW's
max_component_size threshold that is reported in MCQI register
as the size limit for FW image.

52cc5f3a16 devlink: move flash end and begin to core devlink
When performing a flash update via devlink, device drivers may inform
user space of status updates via
devlink_flash_update_(begin|end|timeout|status)_notify functions.

It is expected that drivers do not send any status notifications unless
they send a begin and end message. If a driver sends a status
notification without sending the appropriate end notification upon
finishing (regardless of success or failure), the current implementation
of the devlink userspace program can get stuck endlessly waiting for the
end notification that will never come.

The current ice driver implementation may send such a status message
without the appropriate end notification in rare cases.

Fixing the ice driver is relatively simple: we just need to send the
begin_notify at the start of the function and always send an end_notify
no matter how the function exits.

Rather than assuming driver authors will always get this right in the
future, lets just fix the API so that it is not possible to get wrong.
Make devlink_flash_update_begin_notify and
devlink_flash_update_end_notify static, and call them in devlink.c core
code. Always send the begin_notify just before calling the driver's
flash_update routine. Always send the end_notify just after the routine
returns regardless of success or failure.

Doing this makes the status notification easier to use from the driver,
as it no longer needs to worry about catching failures and cleaning up
by calling devlink_flash_update_end_notify. It is now no longer possible
to do the wrong thing in this regard. We also save a couple of lines of
code in each driver.

958dfd0dc6 net/mlxfw: Add reactivate flow support to FSM burn flow
Expose fsm_reactivate callback to the mlxfw_dev_ops struct. FSM reactivate
is needed before flashing the new image in order to flush the old flashed
but not running firmware image.

In case mlxfw_dev do not support the reactivation, this step will be
skipped. But if later image flash will fail, a hint will be provided by
the extack to advise the user that the failure might be related to it.

4ae575661f net/mlxfw: Generic mlx FW flash status notify
FW flash status notify is currently implemented via a callback to the
caller mlx module, and all it is doing is to call
devlink_flash_update_status_notify with the specific module devlink
instance.

Instead of repeating the whole process for all mlx modules and
re-implement the status_notify callback again and again. Just provide the
devlink instance as part of mlxfw_dev when calling mlxfw_firmware_flash
and let mlxfw do the devlink status updates directly.

This will be very useful for adding status notify support to mlx5, as
already done in this patch, with a simple one line of just providing the
devlink instance to mlxfw_firmware_flash.

mlxfw now depends on NET_DEVLINK as all other mlx modules.

410ed13cae Add the mlxfw module for Mellanox firmware flash process
The mlxfw module is in charge of common logic needed to flash Mellanox
devices firmware, which consists of:
 - Parse the Mellanox Firmware Archive version 2 (MFA2) format, which is
the format used to store the Mellanox firmware. The MFA2 format file can
hold firmware for many different silicon variants, differentiated by a
unique ID called PSID. In addition, the MFA2 file data section is
compressed using xz compression to save both file-system space and
   memory at extraction time.
 - Implement the firmware flash state machine logic, which is a common
logic for Mellanox products needed to flash the firmware to the device.

As the module is shared between different Mellanox products, it defines a
set of callbacks to be implemented by the specific driver for hardware
interaction.
