dcb479fde0 octeontx2-pf: Do not reallocate all ntuple filters
If ntuple filters count is modified followed by
unicast filters count using devlink then the ntuple count
set by user is ignored and all the ntuple filters are
being reallocated. Fix this by storing the ntuple count
set by user. Without this patch, say if user tries
to modify ntuple count as 8 followed by ucast filter count as 4
using devlink commands then ntuple count is being reverted to
default value 16 i.e, not retaining user set value 8.

6c40ca957f octeontx2-pf: Adds TC offload support
Implements tc offload support for rvu representors.

Usage example:

 - Add tc rule to drop packets with vlan id 3 using port
   representor(Rpf1vf0).

	# tc filter add dev Rpf1vf0 protocol 802.1Q parent ffff: flower
	   vlan_id 3 vlan_ethtype ipv4 skip_sw action drop

- Redirect packets with vlan id 5 and IPv4 packets to eth1,
  after stripping vlan header.

	# tc filter add dev Rpf1vf0 ingress protocol 802.1Q flower vlan_id 5
	  vlan_ethtype ipv4 skip_sw action vlan pop action mirred ingress
	  redirect dev eth1

39c469188b octeontx2-pf: Add ucast filter count configurability via devlink.
The existing method of reserving unicast filter count leads to wasted
MCAM entries if the functionality is not used or fewer entries are used.
Furthermore, the amount of MCAM entries differs amongst Octeon SoCs.
We implemented a means to adjust the UC filter count via devlink,
allowing for better use of MCAM entries across Netdev apps.

commands:

To get the current unicast filter count
 # devlink dev param show pci/0002:02:00.0 name unicast_filter_count

To change/set the unicast filter count
 # devlink dev param set pci/0002:02:00.0 name unicast_filter_count

4aa1d8f89b octeontx2-pf: Fix ntuple rule creation to direct packet to VF with higher Rx queue than its PF
It is possible to add a ntuple rule which would like to direct packet to
a VF whose number of queues are greater/less than its PF's queue numbers.
For example a PF can have 2 Rx queues but a VF created on that PF can have
8 Rx queues. As of today, ntuple rule will reject rule because it is
checking the requested queue number against PF's number of Rx queues.
As a part of this fix if the action of a ntuple rule is to move a packet
to a VF's queue then the check is removed. Also, a debug information is
printed to aware user that it is user's responsibility to cross check if
the requested queue number on that VF is a valid one.

674b3e1642 octeontx2-pf: Add additional checks while configuring ucast/bcast/mcast rules
1. If a profile does not support DMAC extraction then avoid installing NPC
flow rules for unicast. Similarly, if LXMB(L2 and L3) extraction is not
supported by the profile then avoid installing broadcast and multicast
rules.
2. Allow MCAM entry insertion for promiscuous mode.
3. For the profiles where DMAC is not extracted in MKEX key default
unicast entry installed by AF is not valid. Hence do not use action
from the AF installed default unicast entry for such cases.
4. Adjacent packet header fields in a packet like IP header source
and destination addresses or UDP/TCP header source port and destination
can be extracted together in MKEX profile. Therefore MKEX profile can be
configured to in two ways:
	a. Total of 4 bytes from start of UDP header(src port
	   + destination port)
	or
	b. Two bytes from start and two bytes from offset 2

In some places, octeontx2 code calls bitmap_weight() to check if any bit of

8e67558177 octeontx2-pf: PFC config support with DCBx
Data centric bridging designed to eliminate packet loss due to
queue overflow by adding enhancements to ethernet network such as
proprity flow control etc. This patch adds support for management
of Priority flow control(PFC) on Octeontx2 and CN10K interfaces.

To enable PFC for all priorities
	dcb pfc set dev eth0 prio-pfc all:on/off

To enable PFC on selected priorites
	dcb pfc set dev eth0 prio-pfc 0:on/off 1:on/off ..7:on/off

With the ntuple commands user can map Priority to receive queues.
On queue overflow NIX will assert backpressure such that PFC pause frames
are genarated with mapped priority.

To map priority 7 to Queue 1
ethtool -U eth0 flow-type ether dst xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx vlan 0xe00a

1d4d9e42c2 octeontx2-pf: Add tc flower hardware offload on ingress traffic
This patch adds support for tc flower hardware offload on ingress
traffic. Since the tc-flower filter rules use the same set of MCAM
rules as the n-tuple filters, the n-tuple filters and tc flower
rules are mutually exclusive. When one of the feature is enabled
using ethtool, the other feature is disabled in the driver. By default
the driver enables n-tuple filters during initialization.

The following flow keys are supported.
    -> Ethernet: dst_mac
    -> L2 proto: all protocols
    -> VLAN (802.1q): vlan_id/vlan_prio
    -> IPv4: dst_ip/src_ip/ip_proto{tcp|udp|sctp|icmp}/ip_tos
    -> IPv6: ip_proto{icmpv6}
    -> L4(tcp/udp/sctp): dst_port/src_port

The following flow actions are supported.
    -> drop
    -> accept
    -> redirect
    -> vlan pop

The flow action supports multiple actions when vlan pop is specified
as the first action. The redirect action supports redirecting to the
PF/VF of same PCI device. Redirecting to other PCI NIX devices is not
supported.

Example #1: Add a tc filter rule to drop UDP traffic with dest port 80
    # ethtool -K eth0 hw-tc-offload on
    # tc qdisc add dev eth0 ingress
    # tc filter add dev eth0 protocol ip parent ffff: flower ip_proto \
          udp dst_port 80 action drop

Example #2: Add a tc filter rule to redirect ingress traffic on eth0
with vlan id 3 to eth6 (ex: eth0 vf0) after stripping the vlan hdr.
    # ethtool -K eth0 hw-tc-offload on
    # tc qdisc add dev eth0 ingress
    # tc filter add dev eth0 parent ffff: protocol 802.1Q flower \
          vlan_id 3 vlan_ethtype ipv4 action vlan pop action mirred \
          ingress redirect dev eth6

Example #3: List the ingress filter rules
    # tc -s filter show dev eth4 ingress

2b9cef6679 octeontx2-pf: Add ip tos and ip proto icmp/icmpv6 flow offload support
Add support for programming the HW MCAM match key with IP tos, IP(v6)
proto icmp/icmpv6, allowing flow offload rules to be installed using
those fields. The NPC HW extracts layer type, which will be used as a
matching criteria for different IP protocols.

The ethtool n-tuple filter logic has been updated to parse the IP tos
and l4proto for HW offloading. l4proto tcp/udp/sctp/ah/esp/icmp are
supported. See example usage below.

Ex: Redirect l4proto icmp to vf 0 queue 0
ethtool -U eth0 flow-type ip4 l4proto 1 action vf 0 queue 0

Ex: Redirect flow with ip tos 8 to vf 0 queue 0
ethtool -U eth0 flow-type ip4 tos 8 vf 0 queue 0

b7cf966126 octeontx2-pf: Add flow classification using IP next level protocol
This patch adds support to install flow rules using ipv4 proto or
ipv6 next header field to distinguish between tcp/udp/sctp/esp/ah
flows when user doesn't specify the other match creteria related to
the flow such as tcp/udp/sctp source port and destination port, ah/esp
spi value. This is achieved by matching the layer type extracted by
NPC HW into the search key. Modified the driver to use Ethertype as
match criteria when user doesn't specify source IP address and dest
IP address. The esp/ah flow rule matching using security parameter
index (spi) is not supported as of now since the field is not extracted
into MCAM search key. Modified npc_check_field function to return bool.

81a4362016 octeontx2-pf: Add RSS multi group support
Hardware supports 8 RSS groups per interface. Currently we are using
only group '0'. This patch allows user to create new RSS groups/contexts
and use the same as destination for flow steering rules.

usage:
To steer the traffic to RQ 2,3

ethtool -X eth0 weight 0 0 1 1 context new
(It will print the allocated context id number)
New RSS context is 1

ethtool -N eth0 flow-type tcp4 dst-port 80 context 1 loc 1

To delete the context
ethtool -X eth0 context 1 delete

When an RSS context is removed, the active classification
rules using this context are also removed.

Change-log:

v4
- Fixed compiletime warning.
- Address Saeed's comments on v3.

v3
- Coverted otx2_set_rxfh() to use new function.

v2
- Removed unrelated whitespace
- Coverted otx2_get_rxfh() to use new function.

f0c2982aaf octeontx2-pf: Add support for SR-IOV management functions
This patch adds support for ndo_set_vf_mac, ndo_set_vf_vlan
and ndo_get_vf_config handlers. The traffic redirection
based on the VF mac address or vlan id is done by installing
MCAM rules. Reserved RX_VTAG_TYPE7 in each NIXLF for VF VLAN
which strips the VLAN tag from ingress VLAN traffic. The NIX PF
allocates two MCAM entries for VF VLAN feature, one used for
ingress VTAG strip and another entry for egress VTAG insertion.

This patch also updates the MAC address in PF installed VF VLAN
rule upon receiving nix_lf_start_rx mbox request for VF since
Administrative Function driver will assign a valid MAC addr
in nix_lf_start_rx function.

fd9d7859db octeontx2-pf: Implement ingress/egress VLAN offload
This patch implements egress VLAN offload by appending NIX_SEND_EXT_S
header to NIX_SEND_HDR_S. The VLAN TCI information is specified
in the NIX_SEND_EXT_S. The VLAN offload in the ingress path is
implemented by configuring the NIX_RX_VTAG_ACTION_S to strip and
capture the outer vlan fields. The NIX PF allocates one MCAM entry
for Rx VLAN offload.

f0a1913f8a octeontx2-pf: Add support for ethtool ntuple filters
This patch adds support for adding and deleting ethtool ntuple
filters. The filters for ether, ipv4, ipv6, tcp, udp and sctp
are supported. The mask is also supported. The supported actions
are drop and direct to a queue. Additionally we support FLOW_EXT
field vlan_tci and FLOW_MAC_EXT.

The NIX PF will allocate total 32 MCAM entries for the use of
ethtool ntuple filters. The Administrative Function(AF) will
install/delete the MCAM rules when NIX PF sends mailbox message
to install/delete the ntuple filters.

Ethtool ntuple filters support is restricted to PFs as of now
and PF can install ntuple filters to direct the traffic to its
VFs. Hence added a separate callback for VFs to get/set RSS
configuration.
