When the driver received an interrupte for hardware error,
it will try to restore by resetting. But the hardware registers
will also be reset at this case, which make it hard to analysis
why the hardware error occurs.
This patch dumps these registers before resetting to help
analyze the hardware error occurs.

req1->tcam_data is defined as "u8 tcam_data[8]", and we convert it as
(u32 *) without considerring byte order conversion,
it may result in printing wrong data for tcam_data.
Convert tcam_data to (__le32 *) first to fix it.

hns3_dbg_fill_content()/hclge_dbg_fill_content() is aim to integrate some
items to a string for content, and we add '\n' and '\0' in the last
two bytes of content.
strscpy() will add '\0' in the last byte of destination buffer(one of
items), it result in finishing content print ahead of schedule and some
dump content truncation.

The destination buffer is length-bounded and not required to be

Now, strncpy() in hns3_dbg_fill_content() use src-length as copy-length,
it may result in dest-buf overflow.
This patch is to fix intel compile warning for csky-linux-gcc (GCC) 12.1.0
compiler.
The warning reports as below:
hclge_debugfs.c:92:25: warning: 'strncpy' specified bound depends on
the length of the source argument [-Wstringop-truncation]
strncpy(pos, items[i].name, strlen(items[i].name));
hclge_debugfs.c:90:25: warning: 'strncpy' output truncated before
terminating nul copying as many bytes from a string as its length
[-Wstringop-truncation]
strncpy(pos, result[i], strlen(result[i]));
strncpy() use src-length as copy-length, it may result in
dest-buf overflow.
So,this patch add some values check to avoid this issue.

Currently, when function hns3_nic_select_queue() converts dscp to priority,
it calls an indirect callback ae_algo->ops->get_dscp_prio to get priority.
However as function hns3_nic_select_queue() is in fast path, the indirect
call may cause degradation of performance. For optimization, this patch
moves dscp_app_cnt and dscp_prio from struct hclge_tm_info to struct
hnae3_knic_private_info, so they can be used in both hclge and hns3 layers.

As some new devices may not support GRO offload and flow table director,
to support these devices, driver needs to querying capabilities of GRO
offload and flow table director from firmware. Whether the driver
supports these two features depends on capabilities.
For old device of version HNAE3_DEVICE_VERSION_V2, driver sets their
capabilities of these two features to fixed value.
Setting default features of netdev and debugfs also need to identify
whether support these two features.

This patch uses common cmdq resource allocate/free/query APIs to replace
the old APIs in PF cmdq module and deletes the old cmdq resource APIs.
Still we kept hclge_cmd_setup_basic_desc name as a seam API to avoid too
many meaningless replacement.

The c language has a set of implicit type conversions, when
two variables perform bitwise or arithmetic operations.
For example, variable A (type u16/u8) -1, its output is int type variable.
u16/u8 will convert to int type implicitly before it does arithmetic
operations. So, change 1 to unsigned type.

This function copies strings around between multiple buffers
including a large on-stack array that causes a build warning
on 32-bit systems:

The new firmware supports to divides the whole multicast MAC address space
equally to functions of all PFs, and calculates the space size of each PF
according to its function number.
To support this feature, PF driver adds querying multicast MAC address
space size from firmware and limits used number according to space size.

When the command for querying imp info is issued to the firmware,
if the firmware does not support the command, the returned value
of bd num is 0.
Add protection mechanism before alloc memory to prevent apply for
0-length memory.

Previously, the flow director counter is not enabled. To improve the
maintainability for chechking whether flow director hit or not, enable
flow director counter for each function, and add debugfs query inerface
to query the counters for each function.

In the unlikely event that rule_cnt is zero the variable ret is
not assigned a value and function hclge_dbg_dump_fd_tcam can end
up returning an unitialized value in ret. Fix this by explicitly
setting ret to zero before the for-loop.

Currently, user gets qset shaper parameters by implementing debugfs
command "echo dump qs shaper > cmd", this command will dump info in
dmesg. It's unnecessary and heavy.
As there is "tm_qset" file in tm directory for dump qset info, to
optimize these command, merge qset shaper parameters to tm_qset
file and use cat command to get them.

Currently, user gets some tm info by implementing debugfs command
"echo dump tm > cmd", this command will dump info in dmesg. It's
unnecessary and heavy.
In addition, the info of this command mixes info of qset, priority,
pg and port. Qset and priority have their own command to get info of
themself, so can remove info of qset and priority from this command.
To optimize it, create two new files "tm_pg", "tm_port" in tm directory
and use cat command to separately get info of pg and port.
The display style is below:

"echo xxxx > cmd", and record the information in dmesg. It's
unnecessary and heavy. To improve it, create a single file
"tm_map" for it, and query it by command "cat tm_map",
return the result to userspace, rather than record in dmesg.
As user can't specify queue id in cat command, driver will return info
of all queue id.

Currently, the debugfs command for fd tcam is implemented by
"echo xxxx > cmd", and record the information in dmesg. It's
unnecessary and heavy. To improve it, create a single file
"fd_tcam" for it, and query it by command "cat fd_tcam",
return the result to userspace, rather than record in dmesg.
