When xdp is attached or detached, dev->ndo_bpf() is called by
do_setlink(), and it acquires netdev_lock() if needed.
Unlike other drivers, the bnxt driver is protected by netdev_lock while
xdp is attached/detached because it sets dev->request_ops_lock to true.
So, the bnxt_xdp(), that is callback of ->ndo_bpf should not acquire
netdev_lock().
But the xdp_features_{set | clear}_redirect_target() was changed to
acquire netdev_lock() internally.
It causes a deadlock.
To fix this problem, bnxt driver should use
xdp_features_{set | clear}_redirect_target_locked() instead.

netdev_lock is already held when calling bnxt_ulp_irq_stop() and
bnxt_ulp_irq_restart(). When converting rtnl_lock to netdev_lock,
the original code was rtnl_dereference() to indicate that rtnl_lock
was already held. rcu_dereference_protected() is the correct
conversion after replacing rtnl_lock with netdev_lock.
Add a new helper netdev_lock_dereference() similar to
rtnl_dereference().

fixed_phy_register().
Note: I keep the irq argument in fixed_phy_add_gpiod() for now,
for the case that somebody may want to use a GPIO interrupt in
the future, by e.g. adding a call to fwnode_irq_get() to
fixed_phy_get_gpiod().

Error recovery, PCIe AER, resume, and TX timeout will invoke bnxt_open()
with netdev_lock only. This will cause RTNL assert failure in
netif_set_real_num_tx_queues(), netif_set_real_num_tx_queues(),
and netif_set_real_num_tx_queues().

For now, bring back rtnl_lock() in all these code paths that can invoke
bnxt_open(). In the bnxt_queue_start() error path, we don't have
rtnl_lock held so we just change it to call netif_close() instead of
bnxt_reset_task() for simplicity. This error path is unlikely so it
should be fine.

Recent updates to the PTP part of bnxt changed the way PTP FIFO is
cleared, skbs waiting for TX timestamps are now cleared during
ndo_close() call. To do clearing procedure, the ptp structure must
exist and point to a valid address. Module destroy sequence had ptp
clear code running before netdev close causing invalid memory access and
kernel crash. Change the sequence to destroy ptp structure after device
close.

For version 1 register dump that includes the PCIe stats, the existing
code incorrectly assumes that all PCIe stats are 64-bit values. Fix it
by using an array containing the starting and ending index of the 32-bit
values. The loop in bnxt_get_regs() will use the array to do proper
endian swap for the 32-bit values.

This happens when copying the coredump segment list in
bnxt_hwrm_dbg_dma_data() with the HWRM_DBG_COREDUMP_LIST FW command.
The info->dest_buf buffer is allocated based on the number of coredump
segments returned by the FW. The segment list is then DMA'ed by
the FW and the length of the DMA is returned by FW. The driver then
copies this DMA'ed segment list to info->dest_buf.
In some cases, this DMA length may exceed the info->dest_buf length
and cause the above BUG condition. Fix it by capping the copy
length to not exceed the length of info->dest_buf. The extra
DMA data contains no useful information.
This code path is shared for the HWRM_DBG_COREDUMP_LIST and the
HWRM_DBG_COREDUMP_RETRIEVE FW commands. The buffering is different
for these 2 FW commands. To simplify the logic, we need to move
the line to adjust the buffer length for HWRM_DBG_COREDUMP_RETRIEVE
up, so that the new check to cap the copy length will work for both
commands.

When handling HWRM_DBG_COREDUMP_LIST FW command in
bnxt_hwrm_dbg_dma_data(), the allocated buffer info->dest_buf is
not freed in the error path. In the normal path, info->dest_buf
is assigned to coredump->data and it will eventually be freed after
the coredump is collected.
Free info->dest_buf immediately inside bnxt_hwrm_dbg_dma_data() in
the error path.

This patch is similar to the last patch to delay the
pci_alloc_irq_vectors() call in the AER path until after calling
bnxt_reserve_rings(). bnxt_reserve_rings() needs to properly map
the MSIX table first before we call pci_alloc_irq_vectors() which
may immediately write to the MSIX table in some architectures.
Move the bnxt_init_int_mode() call from bnxt_io_slot_reset() to
bnxt_io_resume() after calling bnxt_reserve_rings().
With this change, the AER path may call bnxt_open() ->
bnxt_hwrm_if_change() with bp->irq_tbl set to NULL. bp->irq_tbl is
cleared when we call bnxt_clear_int_mode() in bnxt_io_slot_reset().
So we cannot use !bp->irq_tbl to detect aborted FW reset. Add a
new BNXT_FW_RESET_STATE_ABORT to detect aborted FW reset in
bnxt_hwrm_if_change().

On some architectures (e.g. ARM), calling pci_alloc_irq_vectors()
will immediately cause the MSIX table to be written. This will not
work if we haven't called bnxt_reserve_rings() to properly map
the MSIX table to the MSIX vectors reserved by FW.
Fix the FW error recovery path to delay the bnxt_init_int_mode() ->
pci_alloc_irq_vectors() call by removing it from bnxt_hwrm_if_change().
bnxt_request_irq() later in the code path will call it and by then the
MSIX table is properly mapped.

If bnxt_rx_vlan() fails because the VLAN protocol ID is invalid,
the SKB is freed but we're missing the call to recycle it. This
may cause the warning:

When RDMA driver is loaded, running offline self test is not
supported and driver returns failure early. But it is not clearing
the input buffer and hence the application prints some junk
characters for individual test results.
Fix it by clearing the buffer before returning.

WARN_ON() is triggered in __flush_work() if bnxt_init_chip() fails
because we call cancel_work_sync() on dim work that has not been
initialized.

The driver relies on the BNXT_STATE_NAPI_DISABLED bit to check if dim
work has already been cancelled. But in the bnxt_open() path,
BNXT_STATE_NAPI_DISABLED is not set and this causes the error
path to think that it needs to cancel the uninitalized dim work.
Fix it by setting BNXT_STATE_NAPI_DISABLED during initialization.
The bit will be cleared when we enable NAPI and initialize dim work.

Reconfiguration of netdev may trigger close/open procedure which can
break FIFO status by adjusting the amount of empty slots for TX
timestamps. But it is not really needed because timestamps for the
packets sent over the wire still can be retrieved. On the other side,
during netdev close procedure any skbs waiting for TX timestamps can be
leaked because there is no cleaning procedure called. Free skbs waiting
for TX timestamps when closing netdev.

The SoC that supported asp-v2.0 never saw the light of day. asp-v2.0 has
quirks that makes the logic overly complicated. For example, asp-v2.0 is
the only revision that has a different wake up IRQ hook up. Remove asp-v2.0
support to make supporting future HW revisions cleaner.

It turns out that there are no platforms that have PCI but don't have an
MMU, so adding a Kconfig dependency on CONFIG_PCI simplifies build testing
kernels for those platforms a lot, and avoids a lot of inadvertent build
regressions.
Add a dependency for CONFIG_PCI and remove all the ones for PCI specific
device drivers that are currently marked not having it.
There are a few platforms that have an optional MMU, but they usually
cannot have PCI at all. The one exception is Coldfire MCF54xx, but this is
mainly for historic reasons, and anyone using those chips should really use
the MMU these days.

ethtool first calls .get_dump_flags() to get the dump length. For
coredump, the driver calls the FW to get the coredump length (L1). The
min. of L1 and the user specified length is then passed to
.get_dump_data() (L2) to get the coredump. The actual coredump length
retrieved by the FW (L3) during .get_dump_data() may be smaller than L1.
This length discrepancy will trigger a WARN_ON() in
ethtool_get_dump_data().
ethtool has already vzalloc'ed a buffer with size L1. Just report
the coredump length as L2 even though the actual coredump length L3
may be smaller. The extra zero padding does not matter. This will
prevent the warning that may alarm the user.
For correctness, only do the final length update if there is no error.

The firmware advertises a "hwrm_cmd_max_timeout" value to the driver
for NVRAM and coredump related functions that can take tens of seconds
to complete. The driver polls for the operation to complete under
mutex and may trigger hung task watchdog warning if the wait is too long.
To warn the user about this, the driver currently prints a warning if
this advertised value exceeds 40 seconds:
Device requests max timeout of %d seconds, may trigger hung task watchdog
Initially, we chose 40 seconds, well below the kernel's default
CONFIG_DEFAULT_HUNG_TASK_TIMEOUT (120 seconds) to avoid triggering
the hung task watchdog. But 60 seconds is the timeout on most
production FW and cannot be reduced further. Change the driver's warning
threshold to 60 seconds to avoid triggering this warning on all
production devices. We also print the warning if the value exceeds
CONFIG_DEFAULT_HUNG_TASK_TIMEOUT which may be set to architecture
specific defaults as low as 10 seconds.

Currently, bnxt_en driver satisfies the requirements of the Device
memory TCP, which is HDS.
So, it implements rx-side Device memory TCP for bnxt_en driver.
It requires only converting the page API to netmem API.
`struct page` of agg rings are changed to `netmem_ref netmem` and
corresponding functions are changed to a variant of netmem API.
It also passes PP_FLAG_ALLOW_UNREADABLE_NETMEM flag to a parameter of
page_pool.
The netmem will be activated only when a user requests devmem TCP.
When netmem is activated, received data is unreadable and netmem is
disabled, received data is readable.
But drivers don't need to handle both cases because netmem core API will
handle it properly.
So, using proper netmem API is enough for drivers.
Device memory TCP can be tested with
tools/testing/selftests/drivers/net/hw/ncdevmem.
This is tested with BCM57504-N425G and firmware version 232.0.155.8/pkg
232.1.132.8.

Commit under Fixes converted tx_prod to be free running but missed
masking it on the Tx error path. This crashes on error conditions,
for example when DMA mapping fails.

When queue is being reset, callbacks of mgmt_ops are called by
netdev_nl_bind_rx_doit().
The netdev_nl_bind_rx_doit() first acquires netdev_lock() and then calls
callbacks.
So, mgmt_ops callbacks should not acquire netdev_lock() internaly.
The bnxt_queue_{start | stop}() calls napi_{enable | disable}() but they
internally acquire netdev_lock().
So, deadlock occurs.
To avoid deadlock, napi_{enable | disable}_locked() should be used
instead.

Another set of improvements to the kernel's CRC (cyclic redundancy
check) code:
- Rework the CRC64 library functions to be directly optimized, like what
I did last cycle for the CRC32 and CRC-T10DIF library functions.
- Rewrite the x86 PCLMULQDQ-optimized CRC code, and add VPCLMULQDQ
support and acceleration for crc64_be and crc64_nvme.
- Rewrite the riscv Zbc-optimized CRC code, and add acceleration for
crc_t10dif, crc64_be, and crc64_nvme.
- Remove crc_t10dif and crc64_rocksoft from the crypto API, since they
are no longer needed there.

If skb_shinfo(skb)->nr_frags excceds what the chip can support,
linearize the SKB and warn once to let the user know.
net.core.max_skb_frags can be lowered, for example, to avoid the
issue.

The bd_cnt field in the TX BD specifies the total number of BDs for
the TX packet. The bd_cnt field has 5 bits and the maximum number
supported is 32 with the value 0.
CONFIG_MAX_SKB_FRAGS can be modified and the total number of SKB
fragments can approach or exceed the maximum supported by the chip.
Add a macro to properly mask the bd_cnt field so that the value 32
will be properly masked and set to 0 in the bd_cnd field.
Without this patch, the out-of-range bd_cnt value will corrupt the
TX BD and may cause TX timeout.
The next patch will check for values exceeding 32.

Newer FW can set the CAPS_CHANGE flag during ifup if some capabilities
or configurations have changed. For example, the CoS queue
configurations may have changed. Support this new flag by treating it
almost like FW reset. The driver will essentially rediscover all
features and capabilities, reconfigure all backing store context memory,
reset everything to default, and reserve all resources.

bnxt_hwrm_nvm_req() first searches the nvm_params[] array for the
NVM parameter to set or get. The array entry contains all the
NVM information about that parameter. The information is then used
to send the FW message to set or get the parameter.
Refactor it to only do the array search in bnxt_hwrm_nvm_req() and
pass the array entry to the new function __bnxt_hwrm_nvm_req() to
send the FW message. The next patch will be able to use the new
function.

When doing a live coredump with ethtool -w, the context data cached
in the NIC is not dumped by the FW by default. The reason is that
retrieving this cached context data with traffic running may cause
problems. Add a new dump flag 3 to allow the option to include this
cached context data which may be useful in some debug scenarios.

bnxt_dl_reload_up is completely missing instance lock management
which can result in `devlink dev reload` leaving with instance
lock held. Add the missing calls.
Also add netdev_assert_locked to make it clear that the up() method
is running with the instance lock grabbed.

netdev_lock_ops conditionally grabs instance lock when queue_mgmt_ops
is defined. However queue_mgmt_ops support is signaled via FW
so we can sometimes boot without queue_mgmt_ops being set.
This will result in bnxt running without instance lock which
the driver now heavily depends on. Set request_ops_lock to true
unconditionally to always request netdev instance lock.

When the queue is reset, the bnxt_alloc_one_tpa_info() is called to
allocate tpa_info for the new queue.
And then the old queue's tpa_info should be removed by the
bnxt_free_one_tpa_info(), but it is not called.
So memory leak occurs.
It adds the bnxt_free_one_tpa_info() in the bnxt_queue_mem_free().

The bnxt_rx_pkt() updates ip_summed value at the end if checksum offload
is enabled.
When the XDP-MB program is attached and it returns XDP_PASS, the
bnxt_xdp_build_skb() is called to update skb_shared_info.
The main purpose of bnxt_xdp_build_skb() is to update skb_shared_info,
but it updates ip_summed value too if checksum offload is enabled.
This is actually duplicate work.
When the bnxt_rx_pkt() updates ip_summed value, it checks if ip_summed
is CHECKSUM_NONE or not.
It means that ip_summed should be CHECKSUM_NONE at this moment.
But ip_summed may already be updated to CHECKSUM_UNNECESSARY in the
XDP-MB-PASS path.
So the by skb_checksum_none_assert() WARNS about it.
This is duplicate work and updating ip_summed in the
bnxt_xdp_build_skb() is not needed.

When a queue is restarted, it sets MRU to 0 for stopping packet flow.
MRU variable is a member of vnic_info[], the first vnic_info is default
and the second is ntuple.
Only when ntuple is enabled(ethtool -K eth0 ntuple on), vnic_info for
ntuple is allocated in init logic.
The bp->nr_vnics indicates how many vnic_info are allocated.
However bnxt_queue_{start | stop}() accesses vnic_info[BNXT_VNIC_NTUPLE]
regardless of ntuple state.

When mb-xdp is set and return is XDP_PASS, packet is converted from
xdp_buff to sk_buff with xdp_update_skb_shared_info() in
bnxt_xdp_build_skb().
bnxt_xdp_build_skb() passes incorrect truesize argument to
xdp_update_skb_shared_info().
The truesize is calculated as BNXT_RX_PAGE_SIZE * sinfo->nr_frags but
the skb_shared_info was wiped by napi_build_skb() before.
So it stores sinfo->nr_frags before bnxt_xdp_build_skb() and use it
instead of getting skb_shared_info from xdp_get_shared_info_from_buff().

Move the more esoteric helpers for netdev instance lock to
a dedicated header. This avoids growing netdevice.h to infinity
and makes rebuilding the kernel much faster (after touching
the header with the helpers).
The main netdev_lock() / netdev_unlock() functions are used
in static inlines in netdevice.h and will probably be used
most commonly, so keep them in netdevice.h.

If the network interface is configured for Wake-on-LAN we should
avoid bringing the interface down and up since it slows the time
to reestablish network traffic on resume.
Redundant calls to phy_suspend() and phy_resume() are removed
since they are already invoked from within phy_stop() and
phy_start() called from bcmgenet_netif_stop() and
bcmgenet_netif_start().

It is possible for a WoL power up to fail due to the GENET being
reset while in the suspend state. Allow these failures to be
returned as error codes to allow different recovery behavior
when necessary.

The bcmgenet_power_up() function is moved from the resume method
to the resume_noirq method for symmetry with the suspend_noirq
method. This allows the wol_active flag to be removed.
The UMAC_IRQ_WAKE_EVENT interrupts that can be unmasked by the
bcmgenet_wol_power_down_cfg() function are now re-masked by the
bcmgenet_wol_power_up_cfg() function at the resume_noirq level
as well.

The functions bcmgenet_dma_disable and bcmgenet_enable_dma are
only used as part of dma initialization. Their functionality is
moved inside bcmgenet_init_dma and the functions are removed.
Since the dma is always disabled inside of bcmgenet_init_dma,
the initialization functions bcmgenet_init_rx_queues and
bcmgenet_init_tx_queues no longer need to attempt to manage its
state.

The default transmit and receive packet handling is moved from
the DESC_INDEX (i.e. 16) descriptor rings to the Ring 0 queues.
This saves a fair amount of special case code by unifying the
handling.
A default dummy filter is enabled in the Hardware Filter Block
to route default receive packets to Ring 0.

Only devlink and sriov paths are grabbing rtnl explicitly. The rest is
covered by netdev instance lock which the core now grabs, so there is
no need to manage rtnl in most places anymore.
On the core side we can now try to drop rtnl in some places
(do_setlink for example) for the drivers that signal non-rtnl
mode (TBD).
Boot-tested and with `ethtool -L eth1 combined 24` to trigger reset.

core stack holds the netdev instance lock. This affects the following
drivers:
- bnxt
- gve
- netdevsim
Originally I locked only start/stop, but switched to holding the
lock over all iterations to make them look atomic to the device
(feels like it should be easier to reason about).

Add TPH support to the Broadcom BNXT device driver. This allows the
driver to utilize TPH functions for retrieving and configuring Steering
Tags when changing interrupt affinity. With compatible NIC firmware,
network traffic will be tagged correctly with Steering Tags, resulting
in significant memory bandwidth savings and other advantages as
demonstrated by real network benchmarks on TPH-capable platforms.

In order to use queue_stop/queue_start to support the new Steering
Tags, we need to free the TX ring and TX completion ring if it is a
combined channel with TX/RX sharing the same NAPI. Otherwise
TX completions will not have the updated Steering Tag. If TPH is
not enabled, we just stop the TX ring without freeing the TX/TX cmpl
rings. With that we can now add napi_disable() and napi_enable()
during queue_stop()/ queue_start(). This will guarantee that NAPI
will stop processing the completion entries in case there are
additional pending entries in the completion rings after queue_stop().
There could be some NQEs sitting unprocessed while NAPI is disabled
thereby leaving the NQ unarmed. Explicitly re-arm the NQ after
napi_enable() in queue start so that NAPI will resume properly.
Error handling in bnxt_queue_start() requires a reset. If a TX
ring cannot be allocated or initialized properly, it will cause
TX timeout. The reset will also free any partially allocated
rings. We don't expect to hit this error path because re-allocating
previously reserved and allocated rings with the same parameters
should never fail.

In order to program the correct Steering Tag during an IRQ affinity
change, we need to free/re-allocate the RX completion ring during
queue_restart. If TPH is enabled, call FW to free the Rx completion
ring and clear the ring entries in queue_stop(). Re-allocate it in
queue_start() if TPH is enabled. Note that TPH mode is not enabled
in this patch and will be enabled later in the patch series.
While modifying bnxt_queue_start(), remove the unnecessary zeroing of
rxr->rx_next_cons. It gets overwritten by the clone in
bnxt_queue_start(). Remove the rx_reset counter increment since
restart is not reset. Add comment to clarify that the ring
allocations in queue_start should never fail.

Newer firmware can use the NQ ring ID associated with each RX/RX AGG
ring to enable PCIe Steering Tags on P5_PLUS chips. When allocating
RX/RX AGG rings, pass along NQ ring ID for the firmware to use. This
information helps optimize DMA writes by directing them to the cache
closer to the CPU consuming the data, potentially improving the
processing speed. This change is backward-compatible with older
firmware, which will simply disregard the information.

NPAR (Network interface card partitioning)[1] 1.2 adds a transparent
VLAN tag for all packets between the NIC and the switch. Because of
that, RX VLAN acceleration cannot be supported for any additional
host configured VLANs. The driver has to acknowledge that it can
support no RX VLAN acceleration and set the NPAR 1.2 supported flag
when registering with the FW. Otherwise, the FW call will fail and
the driver will abort on these NPAR 1.2 NICs with this error:

For historical reasons, the Castagnoli CRC32 is available under 3 names:
crc32c(), crc32c_le(), and __crc32c_le(). Most callers use crc32c().
The more verbose versions are not really warranted; there is no "_be"
version that the "_le" version needs to be differentiated from, and the
leading underscores are pointless.
Therefore, let's standardize on just crc32c(). Remove the other two
names, and update callers accordingly.
Specifically, the new crc32c() comes from what was previously
__crc32c_le(), so compared to the old crc32c() it now takes a size_t
length rather than unsigned int, and it's now in linux/crc32.h instead
of just linux/crc32c.h (which includes linux/crc32.h).
Later patches will also rename __crc32c_le_combine(), crc32c_le_base(),
and crc32c_le_arch().

Disable PCIe AER on the tg3 device on system reboot on a limited
list of Dell PowerEdge systems. This prevents a fatal PCIe AER event
on the tg3 device during the ACPI _PTS (prepare to sleep) method for
S5 on those systems. The _PTS is invoked by acpi_enter_sleep_state_prep()
as part of the kernel's reboot sequence as a result of commit
38f34dba80 ("PM: ACPI: reboot: Reinstate S5 for reboot").
There was an earlier fix for this problem by commit 2ca1c94ce0
("tg3: Disable tg3 device on system reboot to avoid triggering AER").
But it was discovered that this earlier fix caused a reboot hang
when some Dell PowerEdge servers were booted via ipxe. To address
this reboot hang, the earlier fix was essentially reverted by commit
9fc3bc7643 ("tg3: power down device only on SYSTEM_POWER_OFF").
This re-exposed the tg3 PCIe AER on reboot problem.
This fix is not an ideal solution because the root cause of the AER
is in system firmware. Instead, it's a targeted work-around in the
tg3 driver.
Note also that the PCIe AER must be disabled on the tg3 device even
if the system is configured to use "firmware first" error handling.

Some Wake-on-LAN modes such as WAKE_FILTER may only be supported by the MAC,
while others might be only supported by the PHY. Make sure that the .get_wol()
returns the union of both rather than only that of the PHY if the PHY supports
Wake-on-LAN.
When disabling Wake-on-LAN, make sure that this is done at both the PHY
and MAC level, rather than doing an early return from the PHY driver.

bgmac allocates new replacement buffer before handling each received
frame. Allocating & DMA-preparing 9724 B each time consumes a lot of CPU
time. Ideally bgmac should just respect currently set MTU but it isn't
the case right now. For now just revert back to the old limited frame
size.
This change bumps NAT masquerade speed by ~95%.
Since commit 8218f62c9c ("mm: page_frag: use initial zero offset for
page_frag_alloc_align()"), the bgmac driver fails to open its network
interface successfully and runs out of memory in the following call
stack:
bgmac_open
-> bgmac_dma_init
-> bgmac_dma_rx_skb_for_slot
-> netdev_alloc_frag
BGMAC_RX_ALLOC_SIZE = 10048 and PAGE_FRAG_CACHE_MAX_SIZE = 32768.
Eventually we land into __page_frag_alloc_align() with the following
parameters across multiple successive calls:
__page_frag_alloc_align: fragsz=10048, align_mask=-1, size=32768, offset=0
__page_frag_alloc_align: fragsz=10048, align_mask=-1, size=32768, offset=10048
__page_frag_alloc_align: fragsz=10048, align_mask=-1, size=32768, offset=20096
__page_frag_alloc_align: fragsz=10048, align_mask=-1, size=32768, offset=30144
So in that case we do indeed have offset + fragsz (40192) > size (32768)
and so we would eventually return NULL. Reverting to the older 1500
bytes MTU allows the network driver to be usable again.

tg3 has a spin lock protecting most of the config,
switch to taking netdev_lock() explicitly on enable/start
paths. Disable/stop paths seem to not be under the spin
lock (since napi_disable() already needs to sleep),
so leave that side as is.
tg3_restart_hw() releases and re-takes the spin lock,
we need to do the same because dev_close() needs to
take netdev_lock().

300-400B RPC requests are fairly common. With the current default
of 256B HDS threshold bnxt ends up splitting those, lowering PCIe
bandwidth efficiency and increasing the number of memory allocation.
Increase the HDS threshold to fit 4 buffers in a 4k page.
This works out to 640B as the threshold on a typical kernel confing.
This change increases the performance for a microbenchmark which
receives 400B RPCs and sends empty responses by 4.5%.
Admittedly this is just a single benchmark, but 256B works out to
just 6 (so 2 more) packets per head page, because shinfo size
dominates the headers.
Now that we use page pool for the header pages I was also tempted
to default rx_copybreak to 0, but in synthetic testing the copybreak
size doesn't seem to make much difference.

Now that we can configure HDS threshold separately from the rx_copybreak
HDS threshold may be higher than rx_copybreak.
We need to make sure that we have enough space for the headers.

The core has the current HDS config, it can pre-populate the values
for the drivers. While at it, remove the zero-setting in netdevsim.
Zero are the default values since the config is zalloc'ed.

Use the pending config for hds_thrs. Core will only update the "current"
one after we return success. Without this change 2 reconfigs would be
required for the setting to reach the device.
