fc91d334e0 media: dvb-usb: Constify struct i2c_algorithm
'struct i2c_algorithm' are not modified in these drivers.

Constifying this structure moves some data to a read-only section, so
increase overall security, especially when the structure holds some
function pointers.

More over, dvb_usb_device_properties->i2c_algo seems to only be copied in
i2c_adapter->algo, which is already a "const struct i2c_algorithm".
This is done in dvb_usb_i2c_init()

On a x86_64, with allmodconfig, as an example:
Before:

51f76375e3 media: dvb-usb: Constify struct usb_device_id
'struct usb_device_id' is not modified in these drivers.

Constifying this structure moves some data to a read-only section, so
increase overall security.

In order to do that, struct dvb_usb_device_description (in dvb-usb.h) also
needs to be updated.

On a x86_64, with allmodconfig, as an example:
Before:

   text data bss dec hex	filename

4a307b4af5 media: dtv5100: use the newer dvb-usb macros for USB device
In order to make the drivers under dvb-usb more homogeneous,
use the new macro.

2f8bc51dd0 media: dvb-usb: move USB IDs to dvb-usb-ids.h
Almost all drivers based on dvb-usb place their USB IDs
at dvb-usb-ids.h. In order to make it more standard, place
the remaining ones also there.

8c8b9a9be2 media: dtv5100: fix control-request directions
The direction of the pipe argument must match the request-type direction
bit or control requests may fail depending on the host-controller-driver
implementation.

Fix the control requests which erroneously used usb_rcvctrlpipe().

bcb63314e2 [media] media: Drop FSF's postal address from the source code files
Drop the FSF's postal address from the source code files that typically
contain mostly the license text. Of the 628 removed instances, 578 are
outdated.

The patch has been created with the following command without manual edits:

git grep -l "675 Mass Ave\|59 Temple Place\|51 Franklin St" -- \
	drivers/media/ include/media|while read i; do i=$i perl -e '
open(F,"< $ENV{i}");
$a=join("", <F>);
$a =~ s/[ \t]*\*\n.*You should.*\n.*along with.*\n.*(\n.*USA.*$)?\n//m
	&& $a =~ s/(^.*)Or, (point your browser to) /$1To obtain the license, $2\n$1/m;
close(F);
open(F, "> $ENV{i}");
print F $a;

8f306145df [media] dtv5100: don't do DMA on stack

a stack-allocated buffer, as it is not warranted that the
stack would be into a DMA enabled area.
