This commit explicitly disables the audio interface the same way the official
driver does. This is needed for some controllers, such as the PowerA Enhanced
Wired Controller for Series X|S (0x20d6:0x200e) to report the guide button.

Some third-party controllers, such as the HORPIAD FPS for Nintendo Switch and
Gamesir-G3w, require a specific packet that the first-party XInput driver sends
before it will start sending reports. It's not currently known what this packet
does, but since the first-party driver always sends it's unlikely that this
could cause issues with existing controllers.

added a new field "xtype". However, this field isn't used, nor filled in
the table itself, and was likely added by mistake and overlooked during
review. Since this field isn't used, it's safe to remove.

SIMPLE_DEV_PM_OPS() is deprecated as it requires explicit protection
against used function warnings. The new combination of pm_sleep_ptr()
and DEFINE_SIMPLE_DEV_PM_OPS() allows the compiler to see the functions,
thus suppressing the warning, but still allowing the unused code to be
removed. Thus also drop the __maybe_unused markings.

syzbot is reporting uninitialized value at iforce_init_device() [1], for
commit 6ac0aec6b0 ("Input: iforce - allow callers supply data buffer
when fetching device IDs") is checking that valid length is shorter than
bytes to read. Since iforce_get_id_packet() stores valid length when
returning 0, the caller needs to check that valid length is longer than or
equals to bytes to read.

An effort has been made to support every official model and firmware
version I could track down info on. The following controllers _should_
have working paddles with this PR:
- Xbox Elite (**untested**)
- Xbox Elite Series 2 on early firmwares (**untested**)
- Xbox Elite Series 2 on v4 firmwares (Tested v4.8.1908.0)
- Xbox Elite Series 2 on v5 pre-BLE firmwares (**untested**)
- Xbox Elite Series 2 on v5 post-BLE firmwares (Tested v5.13.3143.0)
This patch also introduces correct handling for the Elite 1 controller
and properly suppresses paddle inputs when using a custom profile slot.
Starting with firmware v5.11, certain inputs for the Elite 2 were moved
to an extra packet that is not enabled by default.
We must first manually enable this extra packet in order to correctly
process paddle input data with these later firmwares.

Suspending and resuming the system can sometimes cause the out
URB to get hung after a reset_resume. This causes LED setting
and force feedback to break on resume. To avoid this, just drop
the reset_resume callback so the USB core rebinds xpad to the
wireless pads on resume if a reset happened.
A nice side effect of this change is the LED ring on wireless
controllers is now set correctly on system resume.

syzbot is reporting hung task at __input_unregister_device() [1], for
iforce_close() waiting at wait_event_interruptible() with dev->mutex held
is blocking input_disconnect_device() from __input_unregister_device().
It seems that the cause is simply that commit c2b27ef672 ("Input:
iforce - wait for command completion when closing the device") forgot to
call wake_up() after clear_bit().
Fix this problem by introducing a helper that calls clear_bit() followed
by wake_up_all().

The value returned by an i2c driver's remove function is mostly ignored.
(Only an error message is printed if the value is non-zero that the
error is ignored.)
So change the prototype of the remove function to return no value. This
way driver authors are not tempted to assume that passing an error to
the upper layer is a good idea. All drivers are adapted accordingly.
There is no intended change of behaviour, all callbacks were prepared to
return 0 before.

We should register the IIO buffer before we register the input device,
because as soon as the device is registered input handlers may attach to
it, resulting in a call to adc_joystick_open() which makes use of the said
buffer.

A simple analog joystick built on Low Power ATtiny85 Microcontroller.
Directional movements are measured with two 10 kΩ potentiometers
connected with a gimbal mechanism that separates the horizontal and
vertical movements. This joystick also has a select button that is actuated
when the joystick is pressed down.
Input events polled over the I2C bus.

Making module name conflicts a fatal error breaks sparc64 allmodconfig:

Renaming one of the modules would solve the problem, but then cause other
problems because neither of them is automatically loaded and changing
the name is likely to break any setup that relies on manually loading
it by name.
As there is probably no sparc64 system with this kind of ancient joystick
attached, work around it by adding a Kconfig dependency that forbids
them from both being modules. It is still possible to build the joystick
driver if the sparc64 adi driver is built-in.

This patch adds support for the FlySky FS-iA6B RC receiver (serial IBUS).
It allows the usage of the FlySky FS-i6 and other AFHDS compliant remote
controls as a joystick input device.
To use it, a patch to inputattach which adds the FS-iA6B as a 115200 baud
serial device is required. I will upstream it after this patch is merged.

USB transport has to use cache line-aligned buffers for transfers to avoid
DMA issues; serio doe snot have such restrictions. Let's move "data_in"
buffer from main driver structure into transport modules and make sure USB
requirements are respected.

buffers (DMA-safety, alignment, etc) are different for different
transports. To allow this, let's allow caller to specify their own buffers
for the results of iforce_get_id_packet() and let transport drivers to
figure what buffers they need to use for transfers.

It is excessive to check if device is fully initialized in
iforce_process_packet(), as for USB-conected devices we do not start
collecting reports until the device is fully initialized.
Let's change serio transport code to not call iforce_process_packet()
until device initialization is done.

Signalling command completion from iforce_process_packet() does
not make sense, as not all transport use the same data path for
both commands and motion data form the device, that is why USB
code already has to signal command completion iforce_usb_out().
Let's move signalling completion into individual transport
modules.

When working with USB devices we need to use DMA-safe buffers,
and iforce->edata is not one. Let's rework the code to allocate
temporary buffer (iforce_get_id() is called only during initialization
so there is no reason to have permanent buffer) and use it. While at it,
let's utilize usb_control_msg() API which simplifies code.

* btn_avb_pegasus and btn_avb_tw are the same. Unify them
into btn_joystick_avb.
* btn_wheel is an exact copy of btn_joystick, so remove it.
Rename btn_avb_wheel into btn_wheel since it is the only
sane configuration for a wheel.
* Assign the (new) btn_wheel configuration to the "AVB Top
Shot Force Feedback Racing Wheel", because the previous
configuration was meant for a joystick.

Move BTN_DEAD into the arrays with the specific button sets
instead of assigning it for every iforce device.
BTN_DEAD represents an optical sensor which detects if the
user is interacting with the device. On devices without that
optical sensor BTN_DEAD is repeatedly causing false inputs
on every status update of the joystick.

Use dev_dbg to dump the packages only when requested and to list
the parent device as well. Use printf logic to generate the hexdump
instead of looping through every char that needs to be printed (which
in turn fixes the unnecessary newlines and looks more clean in general).

Instead of splitting probe code into separate USB and input setup, flatten it.
This allows for easier inspection of order of set up steps, since the probe code
is reasonably small.

URB is the only resource that is not managed, and thus is destroyed too early,
before we unregister input device and stop URB in pxrc_close(). To fix it let's
install custom devm handler to free the URB at the right time in devm unwind
sequence.

The USB device is only needed during setup, so put it back after
initialization and do not store it in our private struct.
Also, the USB device is a parent of USB interface so our driver
model rules ensure that USB device should not disappear while
interface device is still there; there is no need to take reference
to the USB device.

This fixes using the controller with SDL2.
SDL2 has a naive algorithm to apply the correct settings to a controller.
For X-Box compatible controllers it expects that the controller name
contains a variation of a 'XBOX'-string.
This patch changes the identifier to contain "X-Box" as substring. Tested
with Steam and C-Dogs-SDL which both detect the controller properly after
adding this patch.

A lot of Kconfig symbols have architecture specific dependencies.
In those cases that depend on architectures we have already removed,
they can be omitted.
