3576b0df15 RDMA/rxe: Implement synchronous prefetch for ODP MRs
Minimal implementation of ibv_advise_mr(3) requires synchronous calls being
successful with the IBV_ADVISE_MR_FLAG_FLUSH flag. Asynchronous requests,
which are best-effort, will be supported subsequently.

23ea3c70ee RDMA/rxe: Remove 32-bit architecture support
Major linux distibutions have phased out support for 32-bit machines. Since
rxe is primarily used for development and testing, the benefit of
maintaining 32-bit support is minimal. This change simplifies ATOMIC WRITE
implementations and improves maintainability of the driver.

b55e9d29ec RDMA/rxe: Add support for the traditional Atomic operations with ODP
Enable 'fetch and add' and 'compare and swap' operations to be used with
ODP. This is comprised of the following steps:
 1. Check the driver page table(umem_odp->dma_list) to see if the target
    page is both readable and writable.
 2. If not, then trigger page fault to map the page.
 3. Convert its user space address to a kernel logical address using PFNs
    in the driver page table(umem_odp->pfn_list).
 4. Execute the operation.

2fae67ab63 RDMA/rxe: Add support for Send/Recv/Write/Read with ODP
rxe_mr_copy() is used widely to copy data to/from a user MR. requester uses
it to load payloads of requesting packets; responder uses it to process
Send, Write, and Read operaetions; completer uses it to copy data from
response packets of Read and Atomic operations to a user MR.

Allow these operations to be used with ODP by adding a subordinate function
rxe_odp_mr_copy(). It is comprised of the following steps:
 1. Check the driver page table(umem_odp->dma_list) to see if pages being
    accessed are present with appropriate permission.
 2. If necessary, trigger page fault to map the pages.
 3. Convert their user space addresses to kernel logical addresses using
    PFNs in the driver page table(umem_odp->pfn_list).
 4. Execute data copy to/from the pages.

d03fb5c659 RDMA/rxe: Allow registering MRs for On-Demand Paging
Allow userspace to register an ODP-enabled MR, in which case the flag
IB_ACCESS_ON_DEMAND is passed to rxe_reg_user_mr(). However, there is no
RDMA operation enabled right now. They will be supported later in the
subsequent two patches.

rxe_odp_do_pagefault() is called to initialize an ODP-enabled MR. It syncs
process address space from the CPU page table to the driver page table
(dma_list/pfn_list in umem_odp) when called with RXE_PAGEFAULT_SNAPSHOT
flag. Additionally, It can be used to trigger page fault when pages being
accessed are not present or do not have proper read/write permissions, and
possibly to prefetch pages in the future.

67f57892f9 RDMA/rxe: Merge request and complete tasks
Currently the rxe driver has three work queue tasks per qp. These are the
req.task, comp.task and resp.task which call rxe_requester(),
rxe_completer() and rxe_responder() respectively directly or on work
queues. Each of these subroutines checks to see if there is work to be
performed on the send queue or on the response packet queue or the request
packet queue and will run until there is no work remaining or yield the
cpu and reschedule itself until there is no work remaining.

This commit combines the req.task and comp.task into a single send.task
and renames the resp.task to the recv.task. The combined send.task calls
rxe_requester() and rxe_completer() serially and continues until all work
on both the send queue and the response packet queue are done.

In various benchmarks the performance is either improved or left the
same. At high scale there is a significant reduction in the load on the
cpu.

This is the first step in combining these two tasks. Once they are
serialized cross rescheduling of req.task and comp.task can be more
efficiently handled by just letting the send.task continue to run. This
will be done in the next several patches.

1e75550648 Revert "RDMA/rxe: Create duplicate mapping tables for FMRs"
Below 2 commits will be reverted:
 commit 8ff5f5d9d8 ("RDMA/rxe: Prevent double freeing rxe_map_set()")
 commit 647bf13ce9 ("RDMA/rxe: Create duplicate mapping tables for FMRs")

The community has a few bug reports which pointed this commit at last.
Some proposals are raised up in the meantime but all of them have no
follow-up operation.

The previous commit led the map_set of FMR to be not available any more if
the MR is registered again after invalidating. Although the mentioned
patch try to fix a potential race in building/accessing the same table
for fast memory regions, it broke rtrs etc ULPs. Since the latter could
be worse, revert this patch.

With previous commit, it's observed that a same MR in rnbd server will
trigger below code path:
 -> rxe_mr_init_fast()
 |-> alloc map_set() # map_set is uninitialized
 |...-> rxe_map_mr_sg() # build the map_set

174e7b1370 RDMA/rxe: For invalidate compare according to set keys in mr
The 'rkey' input can be an lkey or rkey, and in rxe the lkey or rkey have
the same value, including the variant bits.

So, if mr->rkey is set, compare the invalidate key with it, otherwise
compare with the mr->lkey.

Since we already did a lookup on the non-varient bits to get this far, the
check's only purpose is to confirm that the wqe has the correct variant
bits.

63221acb0c RDMA/rxe: Fix ref error in rxe_av.c
The commit referenced below can take a reference to the AH which is never
