drm/panel/novatek-nt36672a: Use refcounted allocation in place of devm_kzalloc()
Move to using the new API devm_drm_panel_alloc() to allocate the
panel. In the call to the new API, avoid using explicit type and use
__typeof() for more type safety.

2a9487b5aa drm/panel: novatek-nt36672a: Don't call unprepare+disable at shutdown/remove
It's the responsibility of a correctly written DRM modeset driver to
call drm_atomic_helper_shutdown() at shutdown time and that should be
disabling / unpreparing the panel if needed. Panel drivers shouldn't
be calling these functions themselves.

A recent effort was made to fix as many DRM modeset drivers as
possible [1] [2] [3] and most drivers are fixed now.

A grep through mainline for compatible strings used by this driver
indicates that it is used by Qualcomm boards. The Qualcomm driver
appears to be correctly calling drm_atomic_helper_shutdown() so we can
remove the calls.

b605f257f3 drm/panel: novatek-nt36672a: Stop tracking prepared
As talked about in commit d2aacaf073 ("drm/panel: Check for already
prepared/enabled in drm_panel"), we want to remove needless code from
panel drivers that was storing and double-checking the
prepared/enabled state. Even if someone was relying on the
double-check before, that double-check is now in the core and not
needed in individual drivers.

722d4f06e5 drm: Explicitly include correct DT includes
The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.

79abca2b39 drm/mipi-dsi: Make remove callback return void
All implementations return 0 and the return value of mipi_dsi_drv_remove()
is ignored anyhow.

So change the prototype of the remove function to return no value. This
way driver authors are not tempted to assume that passing an error to
the upper layer is a good idea. All drivers are adapted accordingly.
There is no intended change of behaviour.

9bf7123bb0 drm/panel: Delete panel on mipi_dsi_attach() failure
Many DSI panel drivers fail to clean up their panel references on
mipi_dsi_attach() failure, so we're leaving a dangling drm_panel
reference to freed memory. Clean that up on failure.

Noticed by inspection, after seeing similar problems on other drivers.
Therefore, I'm not marking Fixes/stable.

070c7fa58b drm: panel: Add novatek nt36672a panel driver
Novatek NT36672a is a generic DSI IC that drives command and video mode
panels. Add the driver for it.

Right now adding support for some Poco F1 phones that have an LCD panel
from Tianma connected with this IC, with a resolution of 1080x2246 that
operates in DSI video mode.

During testing, Benni Steini <bennisteinir@gmail.com> helped us fix
the reset sequence timing (from 10ms to 20ms), to get the bootanimation
to work on Android.

With current AOSP, we need to increase it to 200ms - this seems to be a
safe high value to avoid a white screen occasionally.
