cdns_mhdp_hdcp_set_lc() and cdns_mhdp_hdcp_set_public_key_param()
were added by commit
6a3608eae6 ("drm: bridge: cdns-mhdp8546: Enable HDCP")
but never used.
Remove them.

asm/unaligned.h is always an include of asm-generic/unaligned.h;
might as well move that thing to linux/unaligned.h and include
that - there's nothing arch-specific in that header.

Move DRM's HDCP helper library into the display/ subdirectory and add
it to DRM's display helpers. Split the header file into core and helpers.
Update all affected drivers. No functional changes.
