594a774dc2 drm/amd: Allow printing Renoir OD SCLK levels without setting dpm to manual
Several other ASICs allow printing OD SCLK levels without setting DPM
control to manual. When OD is disabled it will show the range the
hardware supports. When OD is enabled it will show what values have been
programmed. Adjust Renoir to work the same.

1443dd3c67 drm/amd/pm: fix and simplify workload handling
smu->workload_mask is IP specific and should not be messed with in
the common code. The mask bits vary across SMU versions.

Move all handling of smu->workload_mask in to the backends and
simplify the code. Store the user's preference in smu->power_profile_mode
which will be reflected in sysfs. For internal driver profile
switches for KFD or VCN, just update the workload mask so that the
user's preference is retained. Remove all of the extra now unused
workload related elements in the smu structure.

v2: use refcounts for workload profiles
v3: rework based on feedback from Lijo
v4: fix the refcount on failure, drop backend mask
v5: rework custom handling
v6: handle failure cleanup with custom profile
v7: Update documentation

c3d06a3b6a Revert "drm/amd/pm: correct the workload setting"
This reverts commit 74e1006430.

This causes a regression in the workload selection.
A more extensive fix is being worked on.
For now, revert.

This came back after a merge in 6.13-rc1, so revert again.

8cc438be5d drm/amd/pm: correct the workload setting
Correct the workload setting in order not to mix the setting
with the end user. Update the workload mask accordingly.

v2: changes as below:
1. the end user can not erase the workload from driver except default workload.
2. always shows the real highest priority workoad to the end user.
3. the real workload mask is combined with driver workload mask and end user workload mask.

v3: apply this to the other ASICs as well.
v4: simplify the code
v5: refine the code based on the review comments.

3d73327b74 drm/amdgpu/swsmu: add automatic parameter to set_soft_freq_range
On chips that support it, you can specificy 0 and 0xffff for
min and max and the PMFW will use that to determine the optimal
min and max. This enables optimal performance when the
user manually switches between performance levels using sysfs.
Previously we'd set soft min/max which could limit performance.

d48a4f2c28 drm/amd/pm: reverse mclk and fclk clocks levels for renoir
This patch reverses the DPM clocks levels output of pp_dpm_mclk
and pp_dpm_fclk for renoir.

On dGPUs and older APUs we expose the levels from lowest clocks
to highest clocks. But for some APUs, the clocks levels are
given the reversed orders by PMFW. Like the memory DPM clocks
that are exposed by pp_dpm_mclk.

It's not intuitive that they are reversed on these APUs. All tools
and software that talks to the driver then has to know different ways
to interpret the data depending on the asic.

So we need to reverse them to expose the clocks levels from the
driver consistently.

e017fb66f7 drm/amd/pm: modify the fine grain tuning function for Renoir
This patch is to modify the fine grain tuning function for Renoir.
The fine grain tuning function uses the sysfs node -- pp_od_clk_voltage
to config gfxclk. Meanwhile, another sysfs
node -- power_dpm_force_perfomance_level also affects the gfx clk.
It will cause confusion when these two sysfs nodes works
together.
It is risky to add two new flags to common smu struct, so
this patch uses the existing flag to make these two sysfs nodes works
separately. Only when power_dpm_force_perfomance_level is changed
to "manual" mode, the fine grain function will be started.
In other profile modes, including "auto", "high", "low", "profile_peak",
"profile_standard", "profile_min_sclk", "profile_min_mclk",
the fine grain tuning function will be shut down and the frequency range
of gfx will be restored the default value.

79af0681bd drm/amd/pm: fix one superfluous error for renoir
This patch is to fix one superfluous error for renoir.
Renoir supports 5 kinds of power profile mode:
"FULL SCREEN 3D", "VIDEO", "VR", "COMPUTE" and "CUSTOM".
After loading amdgpu driver, the driver will set "BOOTUP_DEFAULT"
mode to APU, and it will get one superfluouserror error,
which is saying "Unsupported power profile mode 0 on RENOIR",
but it will not make any other harmful events, so fix this error.

08da4fcd6d drm/amd/pm: modify the fine grain tuning function for Renoir
This patch is to improve the fine grain tuning function for Renoir.
The fine grain tuning function uses the sysfs node -- pp_od_clk_voltage
to config gfxclk. Meanwhile, another sysfs
node -- power_dpm_force_perfomance_level also affects the gfx clk.
It will cause confusion when these two sysfs nodes works
together.
And the flag "od_enabled" is used to control the overdrive function for
dGPU, like navi10, navi14 and navi21.
APU like Renior or Vangogh uses this "od_enabled" to configure
the frequency range of gfx clock, but the max value of frequency
range will not be higher than the safe limit, it is not "overdrive".
So this patch adds two new flags -- "fine_grain_enabled" and
"fine_grain_started" to avoid this confusion, the flag will
make these two sysfs nodes work separately.
The flag "fine_grain_enabled" is set as "enabled" by default,
so the fine grain tuning function will be enabled by default.
But the flag "fine_grain_started" is set as "false" by default,
so the fine grain function will not take effect until it is set as
"true".
Only when power_dpm_force_perfomance_level is changed to
"manual" mode, the flag "fine_grain_started" will be set as "true",
and the fine grain tuning function will be started.
In other profile modes, including "auto", "high", "low", "profile_peak",
"profile_standard", "profile_min_sclk", "profile_min_mclk",
the flag "fine_grain_started" will be set as "false", and the od range of
fine grain tuning function will be restored default value.

ca55f459f5 drm/amd/pm: add the fine grain tuning function for renoir
This patch is to add the fine grain tuning function for renoir.
This function uses the pp_od_clk_voltage sysfs file to configure the min
and max value of gfx clock frequency manually or restore the default value.

Command guide:
echo "s level value" > pp_od_clk_voltage
        "s" - set the sclk frequency
        "level" - 0 or 1, "0" represents the min value,  "1" represents
        the max value
        "value" - the target value of sclk frequency, it should
        be limited in the safe range
echo "r" > pp_od_clk_voltage
        "r" - reset the sclk frequency, restore the default value instantly
echo "c" > pp_od_clk_voltage
        "c" - commit the min and max value of sclk frequency to the system
        only after the commit command, the target values set by "s" command
        will take effect.
Example:
1)change power profile from "auto" to "standard"
        $ cat power_dpm_force_performance_level
        auto
        $ echo "profile_standard" > power_dpm_force_performance_level
        $ cat power_dpm_force_performance_level
        profile_standard
2)check the default sclk frequency
        $ cat pp_od_clk_voltage
        OD_SCLK:
        0:        200Mhz
        1:       1400Mhz
        OD_RANGE:
        SCLK:     200MHz       1400MHz
3)use "s" -- set command to configure the min and max sclk frequency
        $ echo "s 0 600" > pp_od_clk_voltage
        $ echo "s 1 1000" > pp_od_clk_voltage
        $ echo "c" > pp_od_clk_voltage
        $ cat pp_od_clk_voltage
        OD_SCLK:
        0:        600Mhz
        1:       1000Mhz
        OD_RANGE:
        SCLK:     200MHz       1400MHz
4)use "r" -- reset command to restore the min or max sclk frequency
        $ echo "r" > pp_od_clk_voltage
        $ cat pp_od_clk_voltage
        OD_SCLK:
        0:        200Mhz
        1:       1400Mhz
        OD_RANGE:
        SCLK:     200MHz       1400MHz
