MES can concurrently schedule queues on the device that require
exclusive device access if marked exclusively_scheduled without the
requirement of GWS. Similar to the F32 HWS, MES will manage
quality of service for these queues.
Use this for cooperative groups since cooperative groups are device
occupancy limited.
Since some GFX11 devices can only be debugged with partial CUs, do not
allow the debugging of cooperative groups on these devices as the CU
occupancy limit will change on attach.
In addition, zero initialize the MES add queue submission vector for MES

There are a couple of fixes required to enable gfx11 debugging.
First, ADD_QUEUE.trap_en is an inappropriate place to toggle
a per-process register so move it to SET_SHADER_DEBUGGER.trap_en.
When ADD_QUEUE.skip_process_ctx_clear is set, MES will prioritize
the SET_SHADER_DEBUGGER.trap_en setting.
Second, to preserve correct save/restore priviledged wave states
in coordination with the trap enablement setting, resume suspended

Zero-length and one-element arrays are deprecated, and we are moving
towards adopting C99 flexible-array members, instead.
Use the DECLARE_FLEX_ARRAY() helper macro to transform zero-length
arrays in a union into flexible-array members. And replace a one-element
array with a C99 flexible-array member.
Address the following warnings found with GCC-13 and
-fstrict-flex-arrays=3 enabled:
drivers/gpu/drm/amd/amdgpu/amdgpu_discovery.c:1009:89: warning: array subscript kk is outside array bounds of ‘uint32_t[0]’ {aka ‘unsigned int[]’} [-Warray-bounds=]

Similar to the F32 HWS, the RS64 HWS for GFX11 now supports a multi-process
debug API.
The skip_process_ctx_clear ADD_QUEUE requirement is to prevent the MES
from clearing the process context when the first queue is added to the
scheduler in order to maintain debug mode settings during queue preemption
and restore. The MES clears the process context in this case due to an
unresolved FW caching bug during normal mode operations.
During debug mode, the KFD will hold a reference to the target process
so the process context should never go stale and MES can afford to skip
this requirement.

Temporarily disable SubVP+DRR since Xorg has an architectural limitation
where freesync will not work in a multi monitor configuration. SubVP+DRR
requires that freesync be working.
Whether OS has variable refresh setting enabled or not, the state on
the crtc remains same unless an application requests VRR. Due to this,
there is no way to know whether freesync will actually work or not
while we are on the desktop from the kernel's perspective.
If userspace does not have a limitation with multi-display freesync (for
example wayland), then this feature can be enabled by adding a
dcfeaturemask option to amdgpu on the kernel cmdline like:
amdgpu.dcfeaturemask=0x200

With clang's kernel control flow integrity (kCFI, CONFIG_CFI_CLANG),
indirect call targets are validated against the expected function
pointer prototype to make sure the call target is valid to help mitigate
ROP attacks. If they are not identical, there is a failure at run time,
which manifests as either a kernel panic or thread getting killed. A
proposed warning in clang aims to catch these at compile time, which
reveals:
drivers/gpu/drm/amd/amdgpu/../pm/swsmu/amdgpu_smu.c:3008:29: error: incompatible function pointer types initializing 'int (*)(void *, uint32_t, long *, uint32_t)' (aka 'int (*)(void *, unsigned int, long *, unsigned int)') with an expression of type 'int (void *, enum PP_OD_DPM_TABLE_COMMAND, long *, uint32_t)' (aka 'int (void *, enum PP_OD_DPM_TABLE_COMMAND, long *, unsigned int)') [-Werror,-Wincompatible-function-pointer-types-strict]

1 error generated.
There are only two implementations of ->odn_edit_dpm_table() in 'struct
amd_pm_funcs': smu_od_edit_dpm_table() and pp_odn_edit_dpm_table(). One
has a second parameter type of 'enum PP_OD_DPM_TABLE_COMMAND' and the
other uses 'u32'. Ultimately, smu_od_edit_dpm_table() calls
->od_edit_dpm_table() from 'struct pptable_funcs' and
pp_odn_edit_dpm_table() calls ->odn_edit_dpm_table() from 'struct

PP_OD_DPM_TABLE_COMMAND'.
Update the type parameter in both the prototype in 'struct amd_pm_funcs'

cleans up the warning.

When booting a kernel compiled with CONFIG_CFI_CLANG on a machine with

Clang's kernel Control Flow Integrity (kCFI) makes sure that all
indirect call targets have a type that exactly matches the function
pointer prototype. In this case, hqd_destroy()'s third parameter,
reset_type, should have a type of 'uint32_t' but every implementation of
this callback has a third parameter type of 'enum kfd_preempt_type'.

[Why]
For optimal power savings on panels that can support it.
This was previously left disabled by default because of issues with
compositors that do not pageflip and scan out directly to the
frontbuffer.
For these compositors we now have detection methods that wait for x
number of pageflips after a full update - triggered by a buffer or
format change typically.
This may introduce bugs or new cases not tested by users so this is
only currently targeting newer DCN.
[How]
Add code in DM to set PSR state by default for newer DCN while falling
back to the feature mask for older.
Add a global debug flag that can be set to disable it for either.

Navi series GPUs have 2 SIMDs per CU (and then 2 CUs per WGP).
The NV enum headers incorrectly listed this as 4, which later meant
we were incorrectly reporting the number of SIMDs in the HSA
topology. This could cause problems down the line for user-space
applications that want to launch a fixed amount of work to each
SIMD.

[Why]
Sometimes, DP receiver chip power-controlled externally by an
Embedded Controller could be treated and used as eDP,
if it drives mobile display. In this case,
we shouldn't be doing power-sequencing, hence we can skip
waiting for T7-ready and T9-ready."
[How]
Added a feature mask to enable eDP no power sequencing feature.
To enable this, set 0x10 flag in amdgpu.dcfeaturemask on

Performance Determinism is a new mode in Aldebaran where PMFW tries to
maintain sustained performance level. It can be enabled on a per-die
basis on aldebaran. To guarantee that it remains within the power cap,
a max GFX frequency needs to be specified in this mode. A new
power_dpm_force_performance_level, "perf_determinism", is defined to enable
this mode in amdgpu. The max frequency (in MHz) can be specified through
pp_dpm_sclk. The mode will be disabled once any other performance level
is chosen.
Ex: To enable perf determinism at 900Mhz max gfx clock
echo perf_determinism > /sys/bus/pci/devices/.../power_dpm_force_performance_level

This patch is to implement the processor fine grain feature for vangogh.
It's similar with gfx clock, the only difference is below:
echo "p core_id level value" > pp_od_clk_voltage
1. "p" - set the cclk (processor) frequency
2. "core_id" - 0/1/2/3, represents which cpu core you want to select
2. "level" - 0 or 1, "0" represents the min value, "1" represents the
max value
3. "value" - the target value of cclk frequency, it should be limited in
the safe range
v2: fix some missing changes as Evan's suggestion.
v3: add version check and fix the restore.

This is supported by Sienna Cichlid, Navy Flounder and Dimgrey
Cavefish. For these ASICs, the target voltage calculation can be
illustrated by "voltage = voltage calculated from v/f curve +
overdrive vddgfx offset".
V2: limit the smu_version check for Sienna Cichlid only
Here are some sample usages about this new OD setting:
1. Check current vddgfx offset setting by
cat /sys/class/drm/card0/device/pp_od_clk_voltage
...
...
OD_VDDGFX_OFFSET:
0mV
...
...
2. Set new vddgfx offset by
echo "vo 10" > /sys/class/drm/card0/device/pp_od_clk_voltage
cat /sys/class/drm/card0/device/pp_od_clk_voltage
...
...
OD_VDDGFX_OFFSET:
10mV
...
...
3. Commit the new setting by
echo "c" > /sys/class/drm/card0/device/pp_od_clk_voltage

This patch fixes nearly 400 warnings!
These structures are too widely used in too many varying
configurations to be split-up into different headers or moved into
source files.
Instead, we'll mark them as __maybe_unused which tells the compiler
that we're aware they're being included into source files which do not
make use of them - but we've looked into it, and it's okay.
Let's tidy-up whilst were here. Just alignment stuff.

"Not a major amount of change, the i915 trees got split into display

major refactoring of i915 GEM locking to use more core kernel concepts
(like ww-mutexes). msm gets per-process pagetables, older AMD SI cards
get DC support, nouveau got a bump in displayport support with common

Outside of drm this contains a couple of patches for hexint

This patch is to add one sysfs file -- "pp_od_clk_voltage" for
Raven/Raven2/Picasso APU, which is only used by dGPU like VEGA10.
This sysfs file supports the feature to modify gfx engine clock(Mhz units), it can
be used to configure the min value and the max value for gfx clock limited in the
safe range.
Command guide:
echo "s level clock" > pp_od_clk_voltage
s - adjust teh sclk level
level - 0 or 1, "0" represents the min value, "1" represents the max value
clock - the clock value(Mhz units), like 400, 800 or 1200, the value must be within the
OD_RANGE limits.
Example:
$ cat pp_od_clk_voltage
OD_SCLK:
0: 200Mhz
1: 1400Mhz
OD_RANGE:
SCLK: 200MHz 1400MHz
$ echo "s 0 600" > pp_od_clk_voltage
$ echo "s 1 1000" > pp_od_clk_voltage
$ cat pp_od_clk_voltage
OD_SCLK:
0: 600Mhz
1: 1000Mhz
OD_RANGE:
SCLK: 200MHz 1400MHz
