269c1d1443 drm/amd/display: replace fast_validate with enum dc_validate_mode
[Why]
The boolean fast_validate is used as an
input parameter in multiple functions. To
support more scenarios, we are
replacing it with enum dc_validate_mode.

[How]
The enum dc_validate_mode introduces three
possible values:
1) DC_VALIDATE_MODE_AND_PROGRAMMING:
   Apply the mode to hardware
2) DC_VALIDATE_MODE_ONLY:
Check whether the mode can be supported
3) DC_VALIDATE_MODE_AND_STATE_INDEX:
Check if the mode can be supported, and
   determine the optimal voltage level
   needed to support it.

756c85e4d0 drm/amd/display: Enable urgent latency adjustment on DCN35
[Why]

Urgent latency adjustment was disabled on DCN35 due to issues with P0
enablement on some platforms. Without urgent latency, underflows occur
when doing certain high timing configurations. After testing, we found
that reenabling urgent latency didn't reintroduce p0 support on multiple
platforms.

[How]

renable urgent latency on DCN35 and setting it to 3000 Mhz.

This reverts commit 3412860cc4.

b40d022ec0 drm/amd/display: pass calculated dram_speed_mts to dml2
[why]
currently dml2 is using a hard coded 16 to convert memclk to dram_speed_mts.
for apu, this depends on wck_ratio.

change to pass the already calculated dram_speed_mts from fpu to dml2.

v2: use existing calculation of dram_speed_mts for now to avoid regression

Pull drm updates from Dave Airlie:
"This is the main pull request for the drm subsystems for 6.10.

In drivers the main thing is a new driver for ARM Mali firmware based
GPUs, otherwise there are a lot of changes to amdgpu/xe/i915/msm and
  scattered changes to everything else.

In the core a bunch of headers and Kconfig was refactored, along with
the addition of a new panic handler which is meant to provide a user
friendly message when a panic happens and graphical display is
  enabled.

284f141f5c drm/amd/display: Enable urgent latency adjustments for DCN35

Underflow occurs when running Netflix in a 4k144 eDP + 4k60 HDMI FRL
setup. It is caused by latency varying based on the DCFCLK/FCLK state.

[How]
Enable urgent latency adjustment and match the reference to existing
ASIC that also see increased latency at low FCLK.

this workaround for now while we figure out why this is happenning in DCN.

[How]

Enable urgent latency adjustment and match the reference to existing ASIC
that also see increased latency at low FCLK.

5024ae7fa8 drm/amd/display: Underflow workaround by increasing SR exit latency
[Why]
On 14us for exit latency time causes underflow for 8K monitor with HDR on.
Increasing the latency to 28us fixes the underflow.

[How]
Increase the latency to 28us. This workaround should be sufficient
before we figure out why SR exit so long.

14656c4fde drm/amd/display: Allow Z8 for multiplane configurations on DCN35
[Why]
Power improvement over DCN314, but also addresses a functional issue
where plane_state remains uncleared on pipes that aren't actually
active.

[How]
Update the check to allow for zero streams to be treated as z8 allow.
Update the check to remove plane count on the active stream case.

Z8 will still be blocked based on stutter duration, which is likely to
be the case for most multi plane configurations.

3f3b08be58 drm/amd/display: Add z-state support policy for dcn35
[Why]
DML2 means that the dcn3x policy for calculating z-state support
no longer runs from validate_bandwidth.

This means we are unconditionally allowing Z8, the hardware default.

[How]
Port the policy over to DCN35, but with a few modifications:
- Don't use min_dst_y_next_start as a check for Z8/Z10 allow
- Add support for overriding the Z10 stutter period per ASIC
- Cleanup the code to make the policy assignment more clear
