691621dfad clk: qcom: Drop unused header includes
Drivers should include only headers they use so drop:
1. of.h and of_address.h: When no OF call is used (of_device_id is
   coming from mod_devicetable.h).
2. clk.h, property.h and reset-controller.h: No calls to clock consumer
or reset framework, no fwnode/property calls.

b9286a91b5 clk: qcom: dispcc-qcm2290: remove alpha values from disp_cc_pll0_config
Since both the 'alpha' and 'alpha_hi' members of the configuration is
initialized (the latter is implicitly) with zero values, the output
rate of the PLL will be the same whether alpha mode is enabled or not.

Remove the initialization of the alpha* members to make it clear that
the alpha mode is not required to get the desired output rate.

Despite that enabling alpha mode is not needed for the initial
configuration, the set_rate() op might require that it is enabled
already. In this particular case however, the clk_alpha_pll_set_rate()
function will get reset the ALPHA_EN bit when the PLL's rate changes,
so dropping 'alpha_en_mask' is safe.

No functional changes intended, compile tested only.

9f93a0a428 clk: qcom: common: commonize qcom_cc_really_probe
The previous wrapper qcom_cc_really_probe takes the platform
device as parameter, which is limited to platform driver.

As for qca8k clock controller driver, which is registered as
the MDIO device, which also follows the qcom clock framework.

To commonize qcom_cc_really_probe, updating it to take the
struct device as parameter, so that the qcom_cc_really_probe
can be utilized by the previous platform device and the new
added MDIO device.

Also update the current clock controller drivers to take
&pdev->dev as parameter when calling qcom_cc_really_probe.

a96cbb146a clk: Explicitly include correct DT includes
The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.

63d56adf04 clk: qcom: dispcc-qcm2290: Fix GPLL0_OUT_DIV handling

cc517ea333 clk: qcom: Add display clock controller driver for QCM2290
Add support for the display clock controller found in QCM2290
based devices. This clock controller feeds the Multimedia Display
SubSystem (MDSS).

It's a porting of dispcc-scuba GPL-2.0 driver from CAF msm-4.19 kernel:
https://source.codeaurora.org/quic/la/kernel/msm-4.19/tree/drivers/clk/qcom/dispcc-scuba.c?h=LE.UM.4.4.1.r3

Global clock name references (parent_names) have been replaced by
parent_data and parent_hws.

Clocks marked enable_safe_config have their clk_rcg2_ops moved to
clk_rcg2_shared_ops.
