Drivers should include only headers they use so drop:
1. of.h and of_address.h: When no OF call is used (of_device_id is
coming from mod_devicetable.h).
2. clk.h, property.h and reset-controller.h: No calls to clock consumer
or reset framework, no fwnode/property calls.

Update some RCGs on the sm8250 camera clock controller to use
clk_rcg2_shared_ops. The shared_ops ensure the RCGs get parked
to the XO during clock disable to prevent the clocks from locking up
when the GDSC is enabled. These mirror similar fixes for other controllers
such as commit e5c359f70e ("clk: qcom: camcc: Update the clock ops for
the SC7180").

The previous wrapper qcom_cc_really_probe takes the platform
device as parameter, which is limited to platform driver.
As for qca8k clock controller driver, which is registered as
the MDIO device, which also follows the qcom clock framework.
To commonize qcom_cc_really_probe, updating it to take the
struct device as parameter, so that the qcom_cc_really_probe
can be utilized by the previous platform device and the new
added MDIO device.
Also update the current clock controller drivers to take
&pdev->dev as parameter when calling qcom_cc_really_probe.

pll_vco structure are never modified. They are used as .vco_table in
"struct clk_alpha_pll".
And in this structure, we have:
const struct pll_vco *vco_table;
Constifying these structures moves some data to a read-only section, so
increase overall security.

On SM8250 two found VFE GDSC power domains shall not be operated, if
titan top is turned off, thus the former power domains will be set as
subdomains by a GDSC registration routine.

Access to I/O of SM8250 camera clock controller IP depends on enabled
GCC_CAMERA_AHB_CLK clock supplied by global clock controller, the latter
one is inited on subsys level, so, to satisfy the dependency, it would
make sense to deprive the init level of camcc-sm8250 driver.
If both drivers are compiled as built-in, there is a change that a board
won't boot up due to a race, which happens on the same init level.
