d7f8ffd0db s390/boot: Use the full title of the manual for facility bits
Also indicate the name of the section where facility bits are listed,
because the manual has a length of 2124 pages. The current version is
Fourteenth Edition (May, 2022) SA22-7832-13

42fc158c7e s390/boot: Replace boot_printk() with loglevel-specific helpers
Replaces boot_printk() calls with appropriate loglevel-specific helpers
such as boot_emerg(), boot_warn(), and boot_debug().

Using functions with explicit log levels improves log clarity and aligns
the boot code with standard kernel logging practices. This makes it
easier to filter and manage boot-time messages based on their severity.

dc71555507 s390/boot: Use boot_printk() instead of sclp_early_printk()
Consistently use boot_printk() everywhere instead of sclp_early_printk() at
some places. For some places it was required (e.g. als.c), in order to stay
in code compiled for the same architecture level, for other places it is
not obvious why sclp_early_printk() was used instead of
decompressor_printk().

Given that the whole decompressor code is compiled for the same
architecture level, there is no requirement left to use different
printk functions.

6fa7aea6a9 s390/als: Remove obsolete comment
The bss section of the decompressor is part of the compressed kernel image
since commit 980d5f9ab3 ("s390/boot: enable .bss section for compressed
kernel").

Remove a now incorrect comment that states that the bss section must not be
accessed.

17e89e1340 s390/facilities: move stfl information from lowcore to global data
With gcc-11, there are a lot of warnings because the facility functions
are accessing lowcore through a null pointer. Fix this by moving the
facility arrays away from lowcore.

98587c2d89 s390: simplify disabled_wait
The disabled_wait() function uses its argument as the PSW address when
it stops the CPU with a wait PSW that is disabled for interrupts.
The different callers sometimes use a specific number like 0xdeadbeef
to indicate a specific failure, the early boot code uses 0 and some
other calls sites use __builtin_return_address(0).

At the time a dump is created the current PSW and the registers of a
CPU are written to lowcore to make them avaiable to the dump analysis
tool. For a CPU stopped with disabled_wait the PSW and the registers
do not really make sense together, the PSW address does not point to
the function the registers belong to.

Simplify disabled_wait() by using _THIS_IP_ for the PSW address and
drop the argument to the function.

96d3b64b52 s390/als: remove duplicated in-place implementation of stfle
Reuse __stfle call instead of in-place implementation. __stfle is using
memcpy and memset functions but they are safe to use, since mem.S is
built with -march=z900.

2dd26659e3 s390/als: avoid .init.* sections usage
Since als.c is the part of the decompressor only, there is no point in
using init sections for code and data. That's just creating extra
sections in the decompressor image.

8282cd64d0 s390/boot: make head.S and als.c be part of the decompressor only
Since uncompressed kernel image does not have to be bootable anymore,
move head.S, head_kdump.S and als.c to boot/ folder and compile them
in just in the decompressor.
