As per design, all input/rx pins should have fast slew rate and 12mA
drive strength. Rest all pins should be slow slew rate and 4mA drive
strength. Fix usb nodes as per this and remove setting of slow slew rate
for all the usb group pins.

The commit 53ba1b2bda ("arm64: dts: zynqmp: Add mode-pin GPIO controller
DT node") added usb phy reset over bootmode pins by default on usb0 only.
zcu100 is using usb0 as peripheral and usb1 as host. Unfortunately reset
line is shared for both usb ulpi phys but usb_rst_b is connected to usb5744
hub which is used only in host mode. Especially this chip requires reset to
operate properly that's why better assign gpio reset to usb1 instead of
usb0.

The node names should be generic and DT schema expects certain pattern:
xilinx/zynqmp-zcu100-revC.dtb: leds: 'vbus-det' does not match any of the regexes: '(^led-[0-9a-f]$|led)', 'pinctrl-[0-9]+'

Fix the leds subnode names to match (^led-[0-9a-f]$|led).
Similar change has been also done by commit 08dc0e5dd9 ("arm64: dts:
meson: fix leds subnodes name").
The patch is fixing this warning:
avnet-ultra96-rev1.dt.yaml: leds: 'ds2', 'ds3', 'ds4', 'ds5' do not match
any of the regexes: '(^led-[0-9a-f]$|led)', 'pinctrl-[0-9]+'

GPIO_ACTIVE_x flags are not correct in the context of interrupt flags.
These are simple defines so they could be used in DTS but they will not
have the same meaning:
1. GPIO_ACTIVE_HIGH = 0 = IRQ_TYPE_NONE
2. GPIO_ACTIVE_LOW = 1 = IRQ_TYPE_EDGE_RISING
Correct the interrupt flags, assuming the author of the code wanted same
logical behavior behind the name "ACTIVE_xxx", this is:
ACTIVE_LOW => IRQ_TYPE_LEVEL_LOW

There is only one chipselect on each connector.
Define it directly in board dts file.
There should be an option to use more chipselects via gpios.

Somewhere along recent changes to power control of the wl1831, power-on
became very unreliable on the Ultra96, failing like this:
wl1271_sdio: probe of mmc2:0001:1 failed with error -16
wl1271_sdio: probe of mmc2:0001:2 failed with error -16
After playing with some dt parameters and comparing to other users of
this chip, it turned out we need some power-on delay to make things
stable again. In contrast to those other users which define 200 ms,
Ultra96 is already happy with 10 ms.

Most of the legacy "gpio-key,wakeup" boolean property is already
replaced with "wakeup-source". However few occurrences of old property
has popped up again, probably from the remnants in downstream trees.
This patch replaces the legacy properties with the unified
"wakeup-source" property introduced by:
