bootph-all as phase tag was added to dt-schema
(dtschema/schemas/bootph.yaml) to describe various node usage during
boot phases with DT. Add bootph-all for all nodes that are used in the
bootloader on Renesas R-Car SoCs.
All SoC require CPG clock and its input clock, RST Reset, PFC pin
control and PRR ID register access during all stages of the boot
process, those are marked using bootph-all property, and so is the SoC
bus node which contains these IP.
Each board console UART is also marked as bootph-all to make it
available in all stages of the boot process.

Enable PCIe Host controller channel 0 on R-Car S4-8 Spider board.
Since this board has an Oculink connector, CLKREQ# pin of PFC for PCIe
should not be used. So, using a GPIO is used to output the clock instead.
Otherwise the controller cannot detect a PCIe device.

Describe the two General Purpose LEDs LED7 and LED8 on the Spider CPU
board, so they can be used as indicator LEDs.
Note that General Purpose LEDs LED9 to LED11 are not added, as they are
connected to GPIO block 4, which can only be accessed from the Control
Domain.

Enable UFS device for R-Car S4-8 Spider CPU board.
Note that the conditions of RC21012 on the Spider are:
- OUT11 (for UFS30_REFCLK_V) is disabled as default.
- OUT11 is controlled by GPIO0 pin.
- The GPIO0 pin is inverted sense (low active) and pull-up enabled.
To output the clock, pin 4 of TCA9554 on the Spider board needs to
output low level so that using "gpio-gate-clock" for it.
