Although the HDK has no radio, the IPA part is still perfectly usable
(altough it doesn't register any real networking devices). Enable it to
make it possible to test IPA on this platform.

According to schematics the L9B regulator supplies VCCQ (already in DTS)
and the UFS controller pads (VDD_PX10, missing vdd-hba). Add the
missing supply for full hardware description, even though it should not
have functional impact.

The Linux typec_mux implementation required that a property named "svid"
was present in the remote node of the of_graph for a match to be found.
With the introduction of commit '4aebc4f89f00 ("usb: typec: mux: Clean up
mux_fwnode_match()")', the implementation is aligned with the binding
and this property can be dropped - and the associated DeviceTree
validation warning resolved.

With support for the QMP combo phy to react to USB Type-C switch events,
introduce it as the next hop for the SuperSpeed lanes of the Type-C
connector, and connect the output of the DisplayPort controller
to the QMP combo phy.
This allows the TCPM to perform orientation switching of both USB and
DisplayPort signals.

The sm8350-hdk ships with the LT9611 UXC DSI/HDMI bridge chip.
In order to toggle the board to enable the HDMI output,
switch #7 & #8 on the rightmost multi-switch package have
to be toggled to On.

When recently adding the missing 'regulator-allowed-modes' properties it
appears that the binding example with its four-spaces indentation
(corresponding to a single tab, which is still to little) was copied
verbatim.
Drop the unnecessary first line break after 'regulator-allowed-modes'
properties and indent the single remaining continuation line properly.

This board uses RPMH, specifies "regulator-allow-set-load" for LDOs,
but doesn't specify any modes with "regulator-allowed-modes".
Prior to commit efb0cb50c4 ("regulator: qcom-rpmh: Implement
get_optimum_mode(), not set_load()") the above meant that we were able
to set either LPM or HPM mode. After that commit (and fixes [1]) we'll
be stuck at the initial mode. Discussion of this has resulted in the
decision that the old dts files were wrong and should be fixed to
fully restore old functionality.
Let's re-enable the old functionality by fixing the dts.

Some versions of the firmware for the SM8350 Hardware Development Kit
(HDK) has FIFO mode disabled for i2c13 and must thus use GPI DMA. Enable
&gpi_dma1 to allow this.

Almost any board that boots and has a way to interact with it
(say for the rare cases of just-pstore or let's-rely-on-bootloader-setup)
needs to set some GPIOs, so it makes no sense to include gpio.h separately
each time. Hence move it to SoC DTSI.
